My wife booked a flight for a good deal 2 weeks ago to accompany me on a business trip to Europe. 3 days before we leave we get an email confirming our request to cancel the trip and that they have not charged our credit card yet. WHAT? We did not call and speak to them to cancel and oh, they have had my money for 2 weeks because they did charge my card. They would not do anything to make good on their confirmed reservation. A new ticket is going to cost me 2x the price now that we had paid. Will never use this company again

Being a senior, I prefer talking to someone than making my bookings online. Myflightsearch representatives have always been courteous with me. I have booked with them twice and they voluntarily offered me senior citizen discount both the times.
Victor promised me my money back, after they cancelled my flights for my sons and screwed up their job opportunity. They took it out on January the 29th and I'm still waiting...
We purchased tickets and our credit card has been charged however have not received the e-ticket yet. It looked like our eticket would follow 24 to 72 hours after being charged. I would give the site a better rating except for not receiving the tickets yet.
I use myflightsearch to book flight tickets quite often and I really like the smooth experience I have every time. I find their website and ticket booking widget to be really user-friendly which helps old-timers like us to book tickets in a hassle-free manner.
I just looked at my credit card and see a pending charge of 1120.00 for a 120.00 flight. I am still awaiting my confirmation for my flight from Maui to Molokai which is in a week. I called twice and could not reach an actual person. I have left my phone number for a return phone call and nothing. This is the first time I have used them and I am absolutely not impressed at this time. I need an immediate resolution to this mix up. *****March 12 and still waiting for my credit. I can appreciate it was a typing error but I should have my credit by now. I have to get my credit card company involved since more than ten business days have passed.
I saw a sale on this website upon completion of all my personal information the ticket was sold out. In calling the customer service number, the agent gave me a ridiculously higher price than the original sale. He tried to be helpful by saying he found another for the following travel day. Once I gave him all my personal details, including my credit card. He informed me that the flight was sold out but he could get me on another flight that was almost twice the price. I asked to speak to the supervisor who I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes or more. Once the supervisor came online he was abrupt and dismissive, in fact, he disconnected the call without any apologies or without ending the conversation. Buyers Beware!!
I booked 2 round trip flights in the US for my parents with this company. The amount was $411.54. The next day as there was no email confirmation to the flight status, when my mother called in to inquire they hung up on her. I immediately called and CANCELLED their flights I then knew something was not right. My parents did receive their credit of $411.54 Initially however, 5 days after that cancellation this company charged to my parents credit card $1,411.54! Outrageous!! I had my parents cancel their credit card so this company would not be able to do that again and now they claim they cannot credit back my parents account because its cancelled. They called it a technical glitch! the credit card company says they can credit back a closed account. The credit card company is handling it from here. Worst experience ever and will never use them again.

But I got a email saying that my payment was declined. When I checked with my credit card bank, there was no charge? There was no response on my multiple phone calls, voice messages and emails for more than 36 hours. What is going on? So I still stand on my belief that MyFlightSearch.com is not a genuine company for airline ticket booking. You have all my information from my booking. So please do not waste my time. Thank you. -------------------------------------------- 22 Feb' 2020 - My initial feedback Beware of making travel arrangements with this company... Yesterday I made a booking on MyFlightSearch.com. The amount shown was $934. Nowhere it is says that the currency is US$. Since I am from Canada, I thought that this was Canadian Dollar. But it was only after I completed the transaction that I realized it was US$ 934. I thought perhaps I overlooked, but I was glad that at least I have a confirmed booking with a reliable company. In about 30 minutes I got an email that my credit card payment was declined. To resolve the payment issue and to either confirm/cancel my booking, I have been trying to contact them for the last 13 hours... by email and through their so-called 24x7 service toll-free number 1-833-200-3171. But no response. I contacted my bank and was advised that another website (not MyFlightSearch) had made 3 debit/credit transactions of $1, and it appeared that they were trying to charge my credit card for the full amount, but for some reason it is not going through. At this, I was alarmed. The BBB image on their website is just an image without any link. All these facts coupled with the fact that there was no response despite my repeated attempts to contact MyFlightSearch for the last 13 hours convinced me that I should stay away from this company. So I decided to share my experience. I will also be contacting BBB to report MyFlightSearch as they are using BBB image without sharing their link to BBB website... all signs of fraud. *** Update, I see that MyFlightSearch has now removed the BBB link from their Home Page, just a few hours after my review. Beware, this is definitely a sham.
I booked a round trip with them, due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel my return trip home immediately; however, no one would get back to me...I called 13 times and emailed twice but no response. On top of that my flights weren't even with the airlines I selected, they were with some random ones despite my e-ticket showing something else, needless to say the airlines I was supposed to be booked with were confused when I asked about my flights (which they had no bookings for). Terrible service despite their "24/7" call service (which didn't answer ONCE).
For the love of God do NOT use this company. I booked my flights in January, they happily charged me - I went to checkin as leaving tomorrow. There is NO ticket! They apologized and said they would refund my original money and rebook me at a higher rate! Foreign call centre with scripted responses! Do not waste your money!
**Scam Alert** What a scam, I will never use them again and I suggest others do not use them either. I booked my flight January 16, 2020 but noticed the return e mail said that the flight was booked but it was not an e ticket and there was fine print about it not being valid until the e ticket was issued. Checked my Visa and the money had been taken (same day within minutes) Jan 16/20 but in US dollars even though I'm in Canada. January 20/2020 I get an e mail saying the airline changed the fare so a ticket could not be issued. I have been chasing them ever since for my money back but only get the run around. As of February 21/20 I should see my refund on February 24/20. We shall see but I won't be holding my breath and have turned this all over to the Visa Fraud department. AVOID THESE LOSERS AT ALL COSTS!!! **SCAM ALERT**
The Myflightsearch website is very seamless and easy to navigate. Also changing and canceling bookings can be easily done. I will use their service again soon for my next business trip.
I have never had a problem with any airline ticketing business before, until this one. I purchased a ticket for a flight on this website. After I reviewed my itinerary I noticed the dates of travel were all wrong. They have refused to refund my purchase, or to fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. JVKYSF

My mother attempted to book a short flight from Kelowna to Vancouver two weeks ago with MyFlightSearch and never received her tickets. She received a confirmation email saying that this was a "confirmation of your booking and not your E-Ticket." The ticket NEVER arrived... She phoned her credit card company and they are now disputing the transaction since she had attempted to phone MyFlightSearch and was never able to get a hold of them. She also phoned the airline (Air North) directly and they have no record of her flight being booked. This site cannot be trusted. Customers beware!! Update: they were able to resolve the issue and my mother did receive her e-ticket (and she confirmed with the airline directly to double check). Glad this was able to be resolved.
