We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. I love my Munich sofa set.! It has really helped my house become a home in style. If I had more space to work with, I’d definitely purchase all their items especially after taking a day trip to their showroom. Would certainly recommend. And a massive thank you to Chan for your amazing support & customer service!

We had a look around the showroom and got an idea of what we wanted. No pressure from the staff at all which was great. After a bit of thought, we ordered the sofa online. Contacted within a day to confirm delivery the following week. Delivery to room of choice bang on time. Lovely delivery drivers. Sofa is fabulous. Little gem of a shop. Some more unusual pieces but at prices more in Ikea region than sofalgy. Very pleased!

I bought an expensive swivel chair online from this company and needed to return it. The chair was poor quality and didn’t really look like the photos off the website. The chair is Brand New, never used, still in the box with all the original packaging, but because it had been 15 days instead of within 14 days, they wouldn’t accept the return or give me a refund. I can’t believe they wouldn’t accept the return because it had been 1 day over the ridiculous “14 days return period”. Disgraceful policy, so wasteful and I will never buy anything off My Furniture again.

Last week l reached out to the company. I'm a repeat customer. All my radiator covers are mirrored and matching side table. Before this under my exes name there were orders. So, as a loyal customer l was very disappointed at the attitude and customer service l got last week. I have just bought a home. I get my keys this Friday. I have went elsewhere for couch, bed and other items. This issue was in regards to a mirror. I wanted 3. But was unsure on the 2 gold until l seen the silver one for the hall. So, the plan was to order seperate. I put this in my basket but was charged £135 delivery on top of a mirror. I changed to 3 small mirrors to see if it was size related and was charged just under £300 for delivery. It went up each item. Yet, in the past it was always free. I looked into this and on their map of free delivery, I'm in there. It also said to reach out regarding delivery costs. So l did. I was told most postcodes in Scotland are chargeable. Then l got under that.. not much we can do about it! Well, perhaps helping your customer like asked. What's wrong with just asking the postcode and then looking into this for me. I sent the screenshots. All was provided. And it's not really out of order to ask on something that was previously always free and I'm in the area on the map. The attitude upset me. I responded with...well is it not better l reached out for advice than go elsewhere. It was read and ignored. You just lost a loyal customer and 4 grands worth of goods. Extremely disappointed. Update: Ads come up free delivery in searches. When that is not true. Your map on your website gives a free delivery zone. I am in that zone. Confused, l reached out! The large extending radiator cover was much larger and more fragile and was my last order. It was free delivery. Much larger than the mirror. You could of helped. Not read my message and ignored on the last one. See the WhatsApp chat on above date. I had a genuine query and concern and really wanted certain items for my new home. Update: of course l was disappointed. It is clear above. There was no need not to investigate and ignore. It's a normal reaction to query when all other orders have been free to me! How is that amicable on your part. Unprofessional and why have a map with a zone of free delivery? Which l checked, I'm in. Amicable would have been checking and then telling me an answer and letting me understand why I'm in a zone and been free before. And North or Highland Scotland. I'm nowhere near. If your couriers class jobs as up there when they are not...isn't that a problem! I'm no even as far up as Glasgow! And I'll say again...in your advertised free area. Reply: I feel strongly on being dismissed and the way my query was dealt with. When did l want my goods for nothing? I thought it was free delivery as advertised and because of all previous orders!! And checking the map. As no help from you guys. Still none. This could of been amicable. But now l want things given away. Honestly! And some people you just can't please, meaning me. No, I'm not buying a mirror and paying near the cost of it again just for delivery...NO. Then another large, large order. I needed things to come staggered for a reason and round certain dates. But you don't need to worry on that order now anyway. We could of worked something out or just discussed. Do you not see this! You are jumping on irrelevant things. Missing the point. False advertising I'd say. (The above last reply was in response to the very last reply l got yesterday, but seems to be conveniently deleted this morning when l got a notification to say. Would rather hit out and still no even looked into the issue! Says it all. Attitude stinks. Then to class me as North or Highland of Scotland in an argument when they haven't even checked with me. You assumed l was up there because of charges! But why do you think l had to query. How many times have l said I'm in the free delivery zone on your own website map!!!! No wonder you deleted and hid your responses here. It let people see!! NICE!)

Absolutely fantastic company , ordered a beautiful chair , they kept me informed all through the ordering re email , when order was received, when order was being sent etc and when chair arrived it was absolutely beautiful great quality and just as they said , would definitely order from this company again , FIRST CLASS SERVICE , AND FIRST CLASS QUALITY
