We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Sep 17,2024I stumbled across MF online and liked what I saw but was a bit apprehensive as investing in a new dining table and chairs would not be a cheap mistake to make if it didn’t prove to be good quality etc. I phoned MF and asked if they had the chairs I was interested in in their showroom which they did. He kindly sent me a couple of photos and a video which reassured me as it looked good from the video .i went ahead and placed my order, also partly swayed by the fact it was all in stock. So many companies these days have massive lead times to obtain the goods. Within a couple of days they gave me a delivery date for later that week. This was the only day not convenient for me so I telephoned and no problem, they put it back another day. Great communication from delivery company with 2 hour slot provided the day before. And wow, the furniture was packaged the best we have ever known and chairs were fully assembled so only needed to put legs on thr table. The quality of these items was absolutely incredible. They look and feel very high end and are stunning. We are so impressed and would 100% recommend MF and will most certainly use again in the future.

Sep 16,2024I have bought many items from this company and realise they send items without confirming it is a suitable delivery date. A text is sent from the courier the day before. Knowing this is the case I contacted them in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date of bulky items - to be told that I would need to pay for a chosen date - even a weekday. They advertise free delivery with the exception that they send items without checking it’s a suitable date first. It’s disappointing that customer service defend this action and think working with the customer is not going to be better for business. This is the second time customer service have argued and been defensive. Not only have they lost my business but also recommendations

Sep 12,2024A prompt delivery date for a large chaise sofa. A received a call before arrival. They brought the sofa in, as I was checking the box for damage I noticed the box said 'right hand' and I had ordered a 'left hand' chaise sofa. The delivery man rang the office and they confirmed it needed to be taken back. I explained by frustration as I had no sofa for 2 weeks and every delivery from other companies I had this week was incorrect. It was loaded back on the van and I was advised to call the company for an update. As I was ringing, the driver knocked back on and explained it was the right sofa, it was just named oddly. He offered to open the box in the driveway to confirm. The first one was correct, and it was unloaded from the cardboard and brought into position. The second one was a repeat of the first, but indeed it was correct. They set the sofa up for me and very kindly took away the cardboard and packaging (as I already had a very high pile from moving in!). The two delivery men were very kind and really went above and beyond in their role, despite having to carry it in and out the house twice, they did not moan and were happy to help me. I would recommend renaming the boxes (left hand chaise box1 of 2, 2 of 2) perhaps to avoid the confusion. Had the office not realised, they would have returned the right sofa. I'm really happy with my Beck sofa and will purchase from the company again.
