We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Very rarely if ever, have we had a shopping experience like this one. I ordered and left message to avoid certain days. 1 day later got communication with my preferred dates on. 8 days later item here. Was contacted with time window and got a phone call 15 mns before delivery. Deliverers the most polite and efficient guys ever. Told me about how to unpack, how to send back if anything wrong or didn't like it. WHAT? Normally I shop online, get no answers to anything, stuff gets dropped without a word, sometimes can't even be bothered ringing bell... As for the quality of the item it is up there. Sure it wasn't cheap but it is absolutely fab, well built, solid and I would recommend my-furniture to anyone. Tbh next time I need something they will be my first port of call. 100% positive

Product purchased was great quality, looked and felt high end, and at a very reasonable price. Delivery info was communicated well and received item before expected date. Will continue to purchase from Myfurniture

Order a rug online was delivered within 7days as the stated in there email. Rug is amazing really thick quality would highly recommend.

The chairs were more than I hoped, Stylish, solid and very well constructed. The service was good, staff on helpline very informative and I will certainly check out their products in future. Highly recommended thank you for not disappointing!

Fast delivery. Thought it would be flat packed but fully assembled and superbly packaged to prevent any damage. Quality piece of furniture at a very reasonible price.

Delivery on time and packed very well, affordable and good quality. I wish though the packing could be taken away as its a treat to take all the packages away, otherwise no issues.

We ordered two dining chairs, not the biggest order. The two original chairs that arrived although same in style were constructed differently and had to be assembled differently and as such didn’t match in height … one chair also had the incorrect colour legs too. I emailed and rang the company who apologised and arranged an exchange for one chair, I asked if it would be possible to have another chair constructed the same as the one we were keeping. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived it was once again differently constructed and assembled… so there was a slight height difference in the two chairs and other small differences… I emailed again and was told that I had chairs from different batches so would have to return the original chair and they would send one to match the replacement one they had just sent out to me… once again the replacement one we received was from a different batch and as such constructed and assembled differently … yet again I got in touch and this time I was requested to send both chairs back and they would send two new ones … which did arrive, and exactly from the same batch this time! 4th time lucky ! While I will say that the company did apologise for the inconvenience every time, and dispatch replacement chairs within 24 hrs and arrange a pick up at same time ( which was very efficient and I totally commend them for) I feel like the fact that my husband had to go through the hassle of assembling chairs and disassembling them again, 4 times… took the shine off the experience of buying two dining chairs that weren’t exactly cheap to buy. So I would have expected a bit better quality control from the company. My overall review on balance, is that the company’s customer service was without fault and they did eventually come through with two good dining chairs, which are beautiful chairs that I am happy with. Quality control in the warehouse side of business has not been the best in my experience on this occasion , which let the whole experience down. One exchange is not a problem, but to have to go through 4 exchanges too get two dining chairs that were matching in construction/assembly and batch seemed a bit of an ordeal for us and the poor guys ( Bart ) who were dealing with it best they could on the customer service front line. But by the end I had lost all faith in the process to be honest, and it would make me think twice in recommending them, Which was a huge shame, considering the quick and efficient delivery and nice customer service team… hence why I can only in fairness give the company three stars based on this particular experience .

Great service beforehand. Prompt delivery, within the 2 hour allocated slot. Messaged beforehand with 20 minutes notice. Products - Sofa and chair are beautiful. Great quality. The team delivering helping unpack and set up!
