Mar 09,2024If I could give zero I would , I purchased 4 pu leather bar chairs for £600 started to make them up and quickly realised this was no easy task the parts would not join there is spaces on ever joint and there is so many chips and scratches,the 4th chair I couldn’t even make it up as none of the parts would join up I then messaged customer service with pictures and they, did offer a refund but as I love the style of the chairs , I wanted a solution so said no what else can you offer they said a small good will of £60 I said no that’s not enough and I would accept £100 for the 3 that are made already so that I can pay a joiner to fix them and I would like the spare parts for the 4th so that I can make an attempt to put it together as the parts are so badly made , they refused saying it was compensation or replace the chair I can’t make up I said no that wasn’t fair and I’m now in dispute with pay pal as that’s how I paid , I urge any potential buyers to stay clear form buying from this company as I feel there products are just so cheaply made. They look good but the quality of the craftmanship is just awful.

Mar 01,2024The company kept me up to date with emails. The armchair is lovely but a bit bigger than expected. As I live on my own, I opted for an upgrade so the couriers unpacked it and assembled the legs and put it in position. They arrived a bit early, but that was good and were very efficient,
