I bought a chair it came with in 2 days of ordering great quality it’s not the first time I’ve bought off my furniture

We were told delivery would be approximately 2 weeks which was fine, but received a phone call and delivered 2 days later. Very efficient and helpful delivery
First class quality product & first class service. Ordering & updates great. Even had a tel call 30 minutes before arrival. The luxurious chair was a present & the quality second to none, everything as described & more. The fabric quality & finish you would expect to pay at least twice as much . The chair was packaged so very well. (Not like other company’s) Delivery was by two gents who were polite & courteous. We will be ordering again from this great company.
These guys are absolutely atrocious. The quality of their product was abysmal and their customer service is even worse. They sent me damaged goods and missing bolts and tools and then proceeded to try and fix these by sending me the completely wrong products, MULTIPLE TIMES. On top of all of this, they lie about when and what they are going to deliver so be aware. Of course, they haven’t done anything to right all the wrongs and inconveniences they’ve caused. They are not who they portray themselves to be.

This is a beautiful mirror but is far too heavy for where I wanted it. The service was excellent and delivery super speedy. I had never used this company previously but would certainly purchase from them again.

Furniture was delivered faulty (missing screws to put it together) - emailed customer service & they were so quick to reply. Amazing service, the next day they got my item collected and a new one exchanged and it is perfect. Never had a problem before, have ordered lots of here, really good quality furniture - definately worth the price! Stunning modern pieces.
False promises by this company for 2 months now. Ordered a sofa in November was told on the phone when ordering and also it said it on the website it would be back in stock in December. December came and went. Called in January was told over the phone sofa would be back in stock mid January. Today is the 27th January I've been told over the phone it's not back in stock until February. I have received NO communication from the company advising me of any delays, it's me who has to keep chasing updates. This is an expensive item I've saved up for and I've been left feeling extremely let down. Dreadful service would not use again. In reply to your message. I did call yesterday and was told what I posted in my review. What do I need to say when I call to make my delivery a priority??
Easy transaction, great communication and delivery
Quick delivery - no issues when it arrived but that is very much down to the carrier- my furniture obviously have a good carrier as they’ve delivered to us twice recently and no issues- not the same with other carriers where I make them hang around to open the dented boxes and guess what - wrecked items - well done my furniture ✔️👍🏼
