Bit disappointed with my latest purchase. I had previously bought the alveare brass table and a few alveare brass shelves and mirrors and decided to buy the alveare pendant but the brass is different from the other pieces, it's opaque, while the table, mirror and shelves have a shinny brass. Looking at the website pictures I though it would be the same finish as they are from the same line, wouldn't have bought it otherwise. Edit. To make the matter worse, this has now broken! One of the cables (the one that the electricity passes through) simple snapped, causing a loud bang when the lamp swung hanging of the two other cables. So scary!! I now will 100% return this. Edit 2. My-furniture is trying to make me giving up on returning the item, by doing demands in how the item has to be packed. I asked them to ship me a spare empty box so I could properly pack the items and I'd pay for shipping. First they told me they didn't have any spare boxes, after I insisted that I didn't have adequate packaging as the fixture is huge, they suddenly found a box and now are trying to sell it to me for £30! Trying to sell me a box that I will have to send back to them? I want to believe that they are pranking me as I can't believe a company would act like this on a £160 item.

Loved this seat when I bought it for my dressing room I had to buy a 2nd one for the end of my bed . The seat is really luxurious and just finishes my bedroom.

Disgusting service, rude staff, no interest in customer satisfaction or loyalty. They only want your money and nothing else!!! I enquired about an item I had previously bought one of and needed another (a side table) and it was out of stock, when it came into stock, the price had gone up 20% they refused to price match it for me, or even offering a goodwill gesture of 10%, which they would do for new customers or in regular promotional activity. There was no effort to compromise and I had to really argue the point, but made no difference. I asked how to escalate it but again nothing. If I hadn’t already bought one, I definitely wouldn’t have gone back. The lack of customer care was horrfic, down to the CEO, who failed to reply to my second email, and instead defended his staff. What makes it worse is, a few weeks later they sent a promo code to my address for 10% off everything- quite laughable really! This really was a case of them choosing not to be fair to their customers!
The armchairs are low priced and look good. They are reasonably comfortable. They can only be returned within 14 days in the original boxes, however the boxes are too big to fit through a front door so it is necessary to cut them up if you are not going to leave them on the pavement. Plan how you are going to receive them.

The quality is very good and the customer service is good I bought my shelves and it was the wrong length I bought so they agreed to refund the money and they give a choice for them to come and collect the item for refund which I found good as if your got something heavy you don’t need to post it yourself so good service
