Jul 28,2024Very poor communication and customer service. As a family of 5 we booked a short break to Disneyland Paris, unfortunately on arrival to the park our tickets were cancelled. We were refused entry to Disneyland leaving 3 very upset and tearful children . After a lot of queuing at various desks trying to resolve this issue it was confirmed we did not have park tickets all though we had paid for them. We managed to speak to someone from this company by telephone and was told it was our fault because we had been in and out of the park and that’s why our tickets were invalid which was a lie and untrue. The operator managed to magically activate our tickets over the phone . After our trip we complained to various people at this company and we have had zero replies and customer service. Do not book with this company once they have your money they take ages to reply and move on to the next victim
