Jun 16,2024Great in initial conversations but seem to lose all interest once they have your money. Our accommodation was downsized just before holiday, had to chase for refund on money difference, no empathy for the change which meant people sleeping on a sofa bed. A literary of other issues such as the rental car didn't come with the pre-booked children’s seats and extra driver we paid for. Attempts to speak to the company to resolve our concerns result in empty promises of calls but nothing ever happens. We contacted them in April to discuss our concerns and still waiting for anything.

One of the most positive things about the experience was that I was put under no pressure to buy and for that reason I would not hesitate to use this company again when planning a trip. Would definitely recommend!

Jun 11,2024DON'T CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HOLIDAYS. I have travelled my entire life so I can easily recognise when a service is poor quality or a SCAM . I need to described what happened with my recent booking to Krakow , to begin with I had to keep chasing Jake Wright to receive the flight confirmation and the details for my trips after making the payment. A week before our trip the hotel chosen was changed to an Apartment which I found quite disappointing considering I didn't want this sort of accommodation if I wanted I would booked an AIRBNB as it's cheaper . The keys from the apartment were located in a key safe and code meant to be sent to us 24 hours before arrival, we got to the property at 11:20 in the evening and it wasn't sent; when contacting the agency the just said "try to contact the people who managed the property, the information is on the email I sent you" , I stated clearly on the messages we called the numbers provided and no one answer the phone. The person on the other side read every single message sent but did not anything to assist us, no even a apology, the trip came to an end and we didn't got a simple question asking if we manage to get into the property . Basically not their business. Similar situation happened with the included excursion to Auschwitz , time was mended as well as pick up , no one informed us. Absolutely disgusting experience

They will say they are the subsidiary of a reputable travel company based in Scotland which is completely untrue. They have been reported to ABTA and trading standards. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! May 20,2024Ross and Kerry made our experience really good. Replied to every query very quickly. Got reminder each month to make payment and got invoice by email each month. We purchase package deal for Disneyland, hotel was campanile was ok, very clean and rooms cleaned daily but breakfast was poor
