Mar 09,2024We were planning for Disneyland Paris trip this year in which my assistant Tony really helped us choosing good options on our preferred dates. He was prompt and available for discussions. Unfortunately we can’t go ahead with this holiday due to visa issues but definitely we will contact my holiday guide for my next trip as the prices are reasonable. Thank you Tony for being supportive.

Mar 05,2024I booked a holiday to Iceland in December for my children’s birthdays. The booking went smoothly so we asked them to book a couple of excursions too. Unfortunately, one of the excursions got cancelled and so we were told to look out for an email as we would be refunded our £180. We received an email from Ross dated 18.1.24 stating our refund would be processed within 15-22 days. After many, many messages, we still have not received this. Now I am being ignored. My advice is be cautious when booking excursions through this company, we found booking through ‘getyourguide’ extremely easy so will always book ourselves in future. I will update this post to advise if/when the refund is received Edit:- refund received 5th March

Feb 24,2024Absolutely amazing time in Iceland, I was a little skeptical at first as the price of the holiday was fantastic and thought there had to be a catch, the hotel was great although there were some improvements being made and there was work going on from 8:00 in the morning, which didn't bother us but is probably the reason we got such a good deal, we were in contact with Jamie Brown and he kept us informed and updated with out delay, I suspect this isn't his real name but I understand why. The trip included Blue lagoon admission which was amazing and a Nothern light tour which was magical as we got a great showing,have to say it's the best holiday I've been on. Would totally recommend My Holiday guide and will use again. Many thanks. Jez 🙂
