Aug 29,2024The tutor themselves was very good, this review is for the company. We booked lessons last year at a set price, part way through the year my debit card was cloned and I had to get a new one. I therefore had to change my card details on the Mytutor system. To do this it told me I had to cancel all future lessons and rebook what it didn't say is when I rebooked the lesson price would go up as they had changed their prices since I originally entered into a contract. I tried to get them to revert the prices and so did the tutor - they just said the system wouldn't allow it! I wouldn't use this platform again.

Aug 29,2024Always the best tutors, flexible on times and they deliver the exact tutoring needed. I’ve been using mytutor since lockdown for both of my kids; one is now at medical school and the other just aced 9s in GCSEs. Couldn’t have done that without mytutor.

Aug 27,2024My son is studying towards a GCSE in Japanese with Louisa from MyTutor. Her teaching techniques are excellent and he is learning at a much faster rate than I would have expected. I get concise weekly lesson reports after each session with detailed information about what they have covered and the homework he has for that week. Louisa is an engaging tutor and I would highly recommend her.

Aug 27,2024MyTutor were super helpful from start to finish. It was so easy to navigate to find the website to find the right tutor for my daughter and communication was excellent. The tutor we chose, Olivia, was absolutely wonderful and increased my daughter’s confidence in maths immensely. Her sessions were well structured and bespoke for her. She made a total of 3 grades progress in 4 months and we will always be grateful for the support and encouragement she received from Olivia.

I had a phone call first to see what it was I was looking for and then I was sent a few matches, then you get a face to face call with the tutor to discuss how they can help and the tutor I picked is AMAZING

Aug 30,2024My son and I would like to provide feedback for Will Kingston-Cox. Will came to support my son with his Politics A-Level, but also ended up helping to support his Business A-Level revision too. Will was extremely flexible with his time, very engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. My son was predicted D before we engaged Will, largely due to him finding it difficult to concentrate on revising and articulating his message in exam questions, a consequence of dyslexia. My son had his sights on Sheffield university but needed AAB to secure his place and this was looking unlikely. Working with Will, my son was energised, engaged, listened and adapted. He secured the results he needed and was accepted at Sheffield to start in September. I cannot thank nor recommend Will enough to other students looking for support. Forever grateful!
