Jun 17,2024Tutor cancelled on day of initial meeting which was very disappointing as it had been in the diary for two weeks and my son had warmed to the idea of a tutor. Asked to be contacted by My Tutor to discuss. Booked a 9.05am slot and completed the additional information box, which the company itself requests ahead of the meeting so they know what the conversation is about. The company called me late, at 10.15am as I was preparing for a meeting, and had no background. Said my number had just been passed across, meaning I would need to repeat myself again. My Tutor need to manage their tutors and their processes better.

Jun 15,2024This is a great system. We were able to contact tutors directly and also received 2 recommended tutors upon enrolment. After introductory meetings my son chose the person he felt he connected with the best. The sessions take place weekly at an agreed time and through the MyTutor platform. Our tutor has been invaluable, he is prepared, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He has shared fantastic learning materials to aid revision and has made a huge difference. I would highly recommend.

Jun 05,2024Signed up at the beginning and didn't have time to look at the tutors, but unexpectedly received a call later that day and the staff had found us 2 tutors - saved me looking at the many profiles. Also had issues with logging in, but the staff got back to me straight away and sorted it out. Tutor has helped my daughter a great deal and they get on really well also, so an extra bonus.
