Some items required clarification as is expected, but communication was always clear and concise throughout in a timely manner, enabling exchange and legal completion remotely. Would recommend and request their conveyancing services again if required.

The team were quick to respond to any questions we had about the process (really appreciated as first time buyers). We were kept up to date at all times and everything went extremely smoothly with a special thanks to Carol, Melanie and Lilly for handling everything for us. Oct 04,2024We had assigned Julie Smith to carry out what we thought was a conveyance that could not have been more simple. Our property was vacant, the buyer was mortgage approved with nothing to sell and there were no skeletons hiding on either side. The buyers solicitors turned out to be about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe, asking questions that had already been answered, losing documents, dragging their heels and not replying to emails were just a few of their tactics. This infuriated both us and our buyer but in the end, Julie knew which buttons to push and the sale reached completion after some 16 weeks. The moral of this story is, do your research before engaging a solicitor for your conveyance, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julie at N.F.L.
