Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout, making what could have been a daunting experience for a first-time buyer like myself, incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lilly, Charlotte, and Carol not only demonstrated their legal expertise but also made it easy for me to ask questions and seek clarification whenever needed. We had only one issue which partly was our fault but at the same time we expected to give us enough information in writing to ensure everything is ready for completion.

Julie was not only incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, but she was also such a lovely person to speak to who took a genuine interest in our journey. Every time I needed to contact Julie, it was always a pleasure. Any questions or queries we had were answered immediately or within a couple of hours if more information was needed from others in the chain. Special mention also to Alex who picked up the case during an intense period before Xmas whilst her colleague was on leave. Alex got up to speed very quickly and got issues resolved efficiently.
