Aug 14,2020Lies and dishonesty from the loan officer and the underwriters. Surprise closing costs. Wouldn’t answer simple questions. Told real estate agent completely different information than the buyer. Closing was pushed repeatedly because they didn’t start working on the loan until three days before we were contractually bound to close. Dismissed the legal ramifications of contractual obligations to real estate agent and buyers. Lack of communication.
