Every time I turned around there was something else that was "needed". We gathered items, appraisal took a month (because it wasn't done right the first time) then the items we gathered were out of date so we had to do them all again. The CCP Wuhan Flu threw a wrench into every step of the process. The folks we dealt with were pleasant enough but there has to be a way to streamline the process

Would have provided a higher rating but it seems that loan officer was working so hard on so many projects that a few things fell through the cracks. He was super responsive though and always upbeat. One negative review item has to do with bad advice from you guys regarding my existing mortgage and HELOC. We were advised to forego the August payment due at end of July. Well, we closed later than expected and our credit score took a 91 point hit on one of the indices and around an 86 point hit on another. Was planning on buying a new car and we hope that doesn’t impact the deal we get. Can’t blame you all because we could have ignored your advice. Next time don’t make a practice of advising clients not to pay their loans. Happy with our rate and the professionalism of your service.
