May 14,2019I absolutely love my Android Auto ! I’m always telling my family that driving and texting is unsafe and now o can answer when I’m driving . No need to wait until I’m parked. My cousin installed it for me with no issues and it has been working 100%. I recommend this product to anyone with an Android phone . It also works for Apple iPhones as well which was a big deal as I may be switching over later this year.

May 13,2019I ordered an Android Auto with CarPlay as well as a mirroring device. I’m pleased with both products . They were not hard to install. There’s was a sir on the phone that answered a few questions on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised as usually everyone is off weekends .

Apr 12,2019If there were 10 stars I would give them all ten. My little brother installed it for me in my garage in about 45 minutes . He’s only 17 and watched a few you tube videos and Navtools installation manual . We had one question and headed over to the website . We used their live chat and to my surprise got a live person . Not some generic robot . I couldn’t love the product anymore . I will be buying my father one for his birthday that’s coming up in May .

Apr 10,2019My brother bought a navtool a few months back and wouldn’t stop talking about all the great features . I ordered myself one as well as my fiancé . Like my brother were 100% satisfied. I installed both of our nav tools without any issues. The you tube videos were very helpful .

Apr 10,2019Purchased apple CarPlay after I have seen one in my Lexus managers vehicle. My family and all my relative only drive Lexus vehicles. Lexus does not have apple CarPlay feature and it’s getting annoying. My Lexus sales manager got one in his vehicle and it now my mind. Recently I was on vacation and rented bmw 3 series with CarPlay and it was amazing. Now I got same thing in my Lexus, and I’m able to use it just like in s BMW using the rotary knob Thank you 🙏 navtool it works like magic

Apr 10,2019Well I ordered the CANBOX 3.0+FL54 (video in motion) for my 2015 Ford F-350. Although it arrived in a reasonable amount of time, it did not arrive with any paper work such as manual, instructions for my vehicle or even what site to go too in order to download the software. Without the software download it is useless. I tried the live chat with no success, called tech line and was disconnected, called customer service and was disconnected 4 times, called sales line and spoke with someone with a heavy foreign accent and a bad phone line telling me I had to email tech support. my order # 14091247 My name, address, phone# and email are all on my invoice. So, it’s been a couple weeks and I thought I’d give an update. Nav Tool finally went as far as to send an email ( not one phone call). Apparently Nav Tool will help me if I remove this post. Unfortunately I believe in doing the right thing. Who are we if we don’t stand up to people with no morales ? All this drama just for a manual and instructions.

Apr 09,2019I’ve gotten two cell phone tickets over the last few years and couldn’t afford a third . I have an older vehicle and really wanted to be able to use my phone hands free because of this . I ordered an Apple car play and have had no issues. I love the product ! Shipping took about 3 weeks but definitely worth the wait . I was explained that each piece is built to order . I installed it myself in under an hour using their you tube videos . The few questions that I had Tech support was able to assist me with. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. I can talk and text hands free and no longer have to worry about looking down at my phone and touching it .

Apr 06,2019This is my 3 rd navtool and it works as expected 2009 got my first navtool and no issues until 2014 when I sold my truck Gitvmy second truck in 2014 and it worked flawlessly till 2018 when I sold it Now I have it in my GMC Sierra, truck has factory CarPlay installed in it and it does not suffice.i wanted full phone e mirroring and I have achieved this using navtool mirroring Highly recommended great stuff Sales and service are top notch

May 23,2019I ordered an apple carplay system on the 21st of January. On the 4th of February I was told they had 'a slight back order' and I should expect the product with 2 to 3 weeks. On the 8th of April I followed the matter up again and was told it was still on back order but they would come back to me tomorrow. They didn't. On the 26th of April I was advised that delivery would be in the 'first week of May'. It still has not been delivered. I think this is a scam.
