Oct 03,2018Navtool 5.0 is a Proper interface and works as described, I have added it both my cars, Acura MDX 2017 and corvette C7 2015. I’m my C7 apple CarPlay is full touch screen and in my mdx it’s via factory controls. Great product and highly recommend

The bad: Cost more money that I would like to spend Because of the price, first time I got their competitor module which didn’t work so I wasted time there had to return it and buy the real deal which is NavTool

Sep 05,2018My opinion is firm Many promised but NavTool delivered, navtool has an actual let me repeat that actual Apple CarPlay with android auto interface, it is not Mirroring it’s Actual CarPlay and actual android auto Customer service and technical support is polite and responsive, this is the best upgrade I’ve ever purchased for my vehicle

Jun 29,2018I recommend reading description, I went on the NavTool website and purchased the cheapest item unfortunately that didn’t do what I needed to do, however they provided me a hassle free exchange I paid the difference and got exactly what I needed. Personal advice Don’t buy the cheapest item it’s simply may not work for what you need just like in my case. Once I send back the wrong item I purchased and actually asked for help pickihg the correct one I receive that shortly, installed it and it works just As I expected.

Jun 28,2018The most honest review you will find, I was installing NavTool past Sunday and I think I have experienced every kind of hiccup that could possibly happen, thanks to NavTool we can tech-support I was able to install it and working properly. I think The biggest issue which is lack of any previous experience because of that it was a bit hard, I bet my next one will be a breeze. But US based tech support of navtool helps even newbies accomplish complete installation

Oct 03,2018Bought their canbox 3.0 for my 2018 Ford Mustang, but it came with no instructions of how to wire the canbox and how to operate it, on the box it says that manuals are available by email og chat, but after 14 days of mailing back and fourth, I still don't have a manual, so nu way to use this product.... They keep saying that they are in the process of making new manuals, but I would settle for the old manual, just to get started. im beginning to read a lot of bad reviews of this company on the internet, and I´m afraid that they are just a fraud company. Their customer service, are rude and very slow in responding, and keep stringing me on, first they said 48 hours until I would get my manual, then 72 hours, and so on, now nearly 14 days after the first contact, i haven't received anything yet.... Stay away from this company UPDATE . 27-01-2019 They keep saying that they never charged my card, and couldn't verify the order, but trustpilot has seen the credit card statement and the order and invoice, so they are still lying, I have n bought the domain navtool-truth.com where I will post all the relevant documentation if navtool keeps lying, Navtool have now tried 5-6 times to get the review removed, and they keep making new statements.
