I wanted navtool for my trip on sunday Navtool offered fedex Saturday delivery and package arrived as promised, yes Saturday delivery is not cheap, but its a Saturday delivery. Obviously i had no idea what i was doing so i called tech support, and got all the answers, At the end of the day my with navtool help my interface was working for Sunday trip I have no complaints about navtool

Navtool has an amazing customer service, when I leave them a message they called me back while I was doing an installation. Customer service is quick to reply and provide answers to all your questions. Installation for my Range Rover of Apple CarPlay and android auto 2 in 1 was fast and easy and supoort.

NavTool Apple CarPlay Review. Prior to ordering apple carplay interface from navtool i have tried their competitors. They sent me 3 modules that i was supposed to some how make work together ahh what a mess. Navtool is neat interface all in one, fast and simple installtion.

This is my 4th NavTool. Purchased NavTool Apple CarPlay and Android Auto 2 in 1 for my 2016 Acura TLX. Works as advertised fast shipping. High quality picture on the screen. Clearly American quality.

You can see my original review below, at this point I have been using my NavTool for almost a month. As I mentioned previously the only problem I had was he initial trouble installing it thinking that i’m a jack of all trades. In the past past I’ve been using NavTool daily 2-3 hours a day l. No issues whatsoever all works as expected. The results are surprising and i love this upgrade.

In reference to my previous review and in answer to NavTool's response: 1. Review left for a wrong company. - I have been dealing with "sales @ navtool.com" are you not NavTool.com? 2. The review didn't leave order number. valid order number - YOU NEVER GAME ME AN ORDER NUMBER. Everything was dealt with via email and I have the entire chain including 3 emails from "sales @ navtool.com" telling me that my order will be dispatched 'next week', saying you are out of stock and that I will have to wait a few more weeks, etc.... 3. Without order number not possible to locate reviewer. - I will be the person who has been constantly emailing you and chatting online about my missing $1,700. I have send you details of the money transfer made. All I want is my money back. Update 11/06/18 (title also amended) So you see this is why this whole situation is both laughable and so tragic. The communication from NavTool is like a bad joke. I reply to their 3 points with valid answers and they come back with nothing. This is one of their tactics - they offer no new information so you just end up asking the same questions over and over again. I assume they do this in the hope that you will go away. But I will not go away. Not as long as they owe me $1,700 The fact is I have our entire email exchange from the beginning of the year. It includes several key responses from them including a reply stating THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY MONEY (Jan 29, 2018 at 01:41 PM). I have a statement from my bank confirming the money arrived at NavTool There are multiple replies stalling for time: Feb 19, 2018 at 10:42 PM, "NavTool Sales Team" wrote: hello will ship out your order this week Mar 12, 2018 at 06:28 PM, "NavTool Sales Team" wrote: hello your order is being processed, between time you placed an order and actually paid long time pasted so units got sold out. new batch being prepared Mar 16, 2018 at 11:55 AM, "NavTool Sales Team" wrote: we are expecting to resume shipping this coming week Mar 30, 2018 at 03:13 PM, "NavTool Sales Team" wrote: should ship out this coming week Of course, when I ask for proof of dispatch or a tracking reference I get nothing. I still have not received my order and I have still not received a refund despite repeatedly asking for one. The only time I have received any replies is either after several times of asking or after I have contacted them in a public such as on here or on Twitter. I really don't know how a company can continue to operate like this. They have proven to be totally dishonest. I would not recommend NavTool to my worst enemy.

Before I purchased NavTool I was trying to use another brand and it was a fail. NavTool interface may cost a bit more but it’s worth every penny. First of all it’s a hassle free installation. Entire interface is made in USA. Quality connectors over what the competition has to offer, and by the look of it NavTool’s competitors is straight out of China. Look I don’t have anything against China, but NavTool made in USA and their competitors that literally fall apart as you take it out of the box. NavTool customer service is friendly and helpful. NavTool tech support team is definitely knowledgeable. I have used many automotive upgrades in the past but NavTool is the best I ever see

Here is my honest opinion of navtool products Price: great price for made in USA but attached my budget Quality: solid product clearly made in USA Pre-sale: I had many questions over chat, email and phone calls. All questions were answers clearly and in details Shipping: received product in one business day After sale support: customer service and tech support always there to help you along the way If I had to choose on scale from 1-10 is a 10

First of all I must say amazing customer service, we exchanged over 100 emails, each and every enail was answered. I places an order for NavTool on Wednesday and by Friday fedex delivered it. Installation was easy and live chat tech support is fast and to the point.

NavTool with Apple CarPlay and android auto 2 in 1 is fantastic products. I gave up on finding solution until I came across NavTool. I have previously tested 2 competitors of NavTool and both failed to deliver. NavTool is made in USA. Customer supoort is US based and AAA rated. I recommend NavTool vidoe interfaec eto anyone who is looking for quality.

After searching google and finding NavTool site I was finally relieved. I drive Honda Accord with two screens but no navigation, I contacted NavTool and explained to them that I have Apple iPhone and my wife has Samsung s9. A customer service Representertive advised me to purchase Apple carpay and android auto 2 in 1 system. I went online and placed my order. Order was deliver to me few days later. Over the weekend me and my buddy installed it. NavTool weekend tech support is a blessing. NavTool interface automatically identifies which phone I plug in , if I plug in iPhone it turns on Apple CarPlay, if I plug in android it turns on android Auto,

Apple CarPlay for uconnect 8.4 NavTool upgrade for my uconnect was fast and easy, navtool is completely plug and play and tech support they offer is very helpful. Shipping is quick, I received my order in 2 days

NavTool customer service and technical supoort is out this world. They hd answers before I could finish asking a question, delivery only took one day. I was surprised by the fact that interface is made in USA. Weekend support is a bonus.

Apple CarPlay installed on my Acura MDX 2015. Works identical to my wife’s 2018 odyssey that was equipped with factory CarPlay. I was also able to install front camera make my garage parking a breeze. I recommend NavTool to anyone who is looking to add Apple CarPlay.

Weekend tech support is so much help. I’m a typical DIY customer, I don’t trust anyone with my car. So I do as much as I can on my own. I decide to isntall CarPlay version 3.0 on my Chevy SS. I can report that installtion is simpler and 100% plug and play as they state. The programming manual was confusing to me , so Sunday 6 pm I called NavTool tech support and boom. Someone was there to answer the call and help me . Thank you NavTool
