I was doing my installation on Sunday , and I had few questions. I never expected anyone to answer my call on Sunday, but my intuition said go ahead make the call. Guess what I got superior suport on Sunday.

I drive 2016 jeep wranger, and my wife can't reverse without camera. Dealership offered no solution, local car shops adviced me to change the whole system. On average I was quoted $2000. NavTool rep adviced me that all I nned is the interface they make to have camera right on my NAV screen. Couple of hundred dollars and I was done. Thank You.

CarPlay is super limited on my 2016 corvette C7, and I always wanted to have Waze right on my factory screen. NavTool iPhone mirroring allowed me to have the feature.

Placed order with Navtool April 6 was told it would be 2 weeks for delivery. Six weeks later I received a call saying there was a problem charging my visa and they needed a new card number to ship. I provided a second visa number and discovered later the original visa had indeed been charged so I was charged twice. Many emails later no refund of duplicate payment and four months later still no product shipped. NavTool double billed me, and never shipped, many attempts to resolve the problem but in the end I had to take it to my credit card company to reverse the charges. TERRIBLE VENDOR. The last email i got from them when I requested a refund due to non delivery was a Thumbs up emoji. Terrible customer service. I can't review the product as I never received it. I had to file a dispute claim on 2 separate visa accounts to get a refund as their customer support did nothing for me, no response after many emails sent. Stay away from these guys!!!! Contrary to NAV tools reply I certainly did order merchandise from them on April 6 of this year, the order number is #14085954. This was through their "online secure order form". My visa was charged on that date and again on May 23 when I received a phone call saying they were unable to process my visa and needed a 2nd visa to charge. I was charged twice, I received no product and I received no help when calling / emailing them in many attempts to resolve the problem. I very frequently buy online, many hundreds of transactions over the years and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had, mistakes sometimes happen, things get lost in shipping, but this is much more concerning to have a company ignore you completely, yet when you post a review online they immediately jump all over it, denying you are their customer. Perhaps they should spend more time replying to customer requests and less time doing damage control when their customers report their practices online. Even now that they are responding to the review they are still not responding in any way privately by email or phone to try and resolve the issue. I have no reason to make this up. Steer clear of this company!! Contrary to the company's attempt to cover up the experience I had with them, I was a real customer with a real problem. More time should have been sent solving the problem not covering up the problem when it got reported online. I am definitely NOT a competitor trying to make these guys look bad. They do that without any help. If they had at any point tried to resolve my issue I would definitely not be still writing g about my experience after all this time. Wow now Navtool is responding saying that I am not a real customer and this is some sort of a copy paste review from other sites. Not true, I am a real customer who has had a very poor experience with Navtool who have a lot of time trying to cover up their mess rather than just taking care of their customer in the first place. Go ahead Navtool keep disputing this in an attempt to clean up your online reputation. I will continue to respond to let others know how poorly and rudely I was treated by your company. The only remorse this buyer had is that he tried to buy from Navtool. Charged twice, nothing received and had to get Visa to refund because Navtool would not do anything about it after months of requests to have item delivered OR provide refund. Get your story straight Navtool a few minutes ago you posted that I was not a customer and now you admit that you had 2 orders in your system from me. Thank you Visa for correcting this wrong! Navtool if I could have given you 0 stars I would have done it. When you do not ship product and bill twice why would anyone be happy with your product? If it was received maybe i would have been satisfied but that was not the case. Double billing and rude customer service was the icing on the cake for me.
