Purchased 2012 bmw 7 series Dealership can’t help me get CarPlay Local shop can’t help me get CarPlay Was doing my research online and found navtool CarPlay interfaces My order arrived quickly but I had no time to install it until February I’m using navtool for almost 2 month in my BMW, no problems whatsoever. CarPlay works same as on all the bmw in the dealership, there is truly no need to buy new BMW

My wife is using her android 9 with android auto I’m using my iPhone XR with apple carpkay HDMI interface has Apple TV connected To that port Installation is easy and 100 percent plug and play Installed it on Acura MDX 2017 Got it with the new harness even audio is prewired now Easy installation using NavTool YouTube step by step video

Purchase brand new navtool 5.0 for my Lexus ES 2016, basically apple 🍎 CarPlay in 2016 Lexus ES works jut like original all factory features are retained and apple 🍎 CarPlay can be controlled 100% using factory car joystick. Same joystick that is used to control vehicles factory infortainment. Some of my Lexus friend are going crazy 😜 as they weren’t not the first to get apple CarPlay Navtool delivers interfaces via FedEx express so I got it with in 2 days super fast 💨 I didn’t realize that navtool is 💯 percent made in the USA 🇺🇸, that’s was a nice surprise Even the box has American flag 🇺🇸 Thank you 🙏 navtool for being an amazing 😉 company and allows us to have apple CarPlay integration

Purchased a $549 interface. First of all no communication from them until I reached out on the shipment of the item. Finally the item arrived. Took to get installed at 2 different professional installers. Both installers had issues with downloading the correct download for my vehicle. It gave options for a different vehicle, we downloaded the option for what we thought was my vehicle. We reached out to tech support only for them to say, yes we see this "call us back in 30 minutes and it will be corrected". Called back 1 hour later and nothing and no one knew of our conversation. We made no less that 25 calls over a 48 hour period. I reached out NUMEROUS times via their preferred chat to no avail. They didn't wish to listen nor gave sound clear direction. The harness was installed twice by different installers and did not work. The Carplay had no sound. While with the installer I called 5 times, all 5 times they attempted to transfer me to someone named "George" the calls never were transferred but were disconnected. Not once but 5 times. I finally called customer service and it sounded like it was the same person that had an attitude, was unprofessional and seem bothered by the inquiries. i asked about returning the interface or what I could do about the harness and he starts banging on the headset, boom, boom boom and they call gets disconnected. The problem with harness as I saw with the last installer, is while installed there was no volume with carplay. But yet we removed that harness and we got all the features with AUX and volume. I attempted to explain this to the customer service rep and all he wanted to do was blame the installer. BTW i am still awaiting a call back from when they said press * for a call back from an agent. Their own website states if "you are not pleased with the item and within 30 days of purchase they would refund the full amount. I tried doing that and was told I could not return for a full refund. There is nothing on their site that says installed or not installed. Oh and BTW I have all the chats copied and documented. And just in case my order number is14091079. I am so happy I utilized AMEX for this purchase. I will also add as retaliation of this review they posted my personal information online, name, address and phone number on THIS SITE. This is now in the hands of the NYS Attorney General's office that reached out to Navtool because of the false statements and emails they sent me. Now all in their hands. Everything is documented.

Purchased a navtool dvd bypass module for 2017 Evoque. The installation instructions were completely wrong. 2017 Evoque radio module no where near it was shown to be in directions. I wouldnt have purchased it based on where it had to be installed. Would require alot more to install and wanted to return. I was a few days past 30 day cut off and they wouldn't help. Poor Tech Support. Actually got to the point they wouldnt take my calls. Everyone i talked to also had a foreign accent. You would expect for it to be made in america they would at least be someone there with an american accent. No patience either.

I got Android Auto in my 2012 BMW 3 Series thanks to NavTool. I bought this product 2 years ago and just stumbled across NavTool and thought I should leave a positive review because I am very happy with the product. If you want reliable android auto in your vehicle I strongly recommend NavTool. My device also comes with apple CarPlay so my girlfriend is able to plug her phone in when she’s in the car.

I have a 2014 Chevy SS. It didn’t come with Android Auto I didn’t even know that my car was compatible with Android Auto. I found NavTool’s videos on YouTube and looked at their website. I called and asked about my car and they sent me a link to their product for my car. I received it within a few days and installed it by myself easily. It was all plug and play. It’s awesome I love having Android auto in my car

I bought this device CANBOX3.0-HDMI+UCT52-CAM VIDEO INTERFACE with BUILT-IN HD SMARTPHONE MIRRORING via HDMI. Their web page says that This interface lets you add Smartphone Mirroring/Projection, DVD, Back-Up Rear View Camera, Front View Camera, Left and Right Lane Watch Cameras or any other video source to your factory screen. The "instuctional" video says that the cameras can be manually controlled.They say there is a money back no questions asked return policy. This device does not do mirroring using HDMI, it only mirrors using "smart view" on a Samsung phone. It does not allow for manual manual control of the cameras. The money back no questions asked policy comes with a 25% restock fee. No written documentation is available, all requests for written manuals are met with a "watch the videos" response.Links on the website for this product take you to a video not related to this product. Customer support is almost non-existent. All questions about the above issues were generally met with an you don't know what you're doing attitude to I misinterpreted the web page/videos. Input doesn't mean input it means output, you've loaded the software wrong, constant inability to get help resolving issues to the claims made on the web site and videos, constant run around, rather hostile customer support. Last thing I was told several months ago is they would issue a "ticket" to fix the manual control issue, still no resolution; same firmware version. I should have known better than to do business with a company that does not have written documentation and whose inquiries as to functionality were vague and "watch the video" I was left with the decision to pay then $80 for no product or eat the cost of product that equates to not much more than a high priced Chromecast/Firestick with camera inputs..Cavet emptor

I was a little nervous at first because I was unfamiliar with the product.... but I have to say that I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with NavTool. I received the interface in the mail and NavTool customer service provided me with a link to their YouTube channel which had step by step video instructions made specifically for my vehicle. I am not a mechanic and have no experience installing electronics but thanks to the video, I was able to install and test the device on my own. It only took about 45 minutes. Apple CarPlay and HDMI Screen Mirroring work great in my car and I would recommend NavTool to all!

Main objective to write My Story is to give a warning to any person who has a plan to purchase NavTool Products, just to think twice before getting trapped ! I am writing to complain about the faulty support, I am very disappointed with NavTool product & not happy with the quality of support provided. I noticed NavTool is not willing to resolve the issue and their behavior are not customer oriented, with this NavTool is failing to reflect their professional attitude & behaviors I did my best to avoid reaching this escalating approach, due to lack of satisfactory resolution until now, I was hopping to resolve the issue politely & peacefully My story is as follow: · I watch Serval YouTube Video that talk about how to add CarPlay GMC 2015-2020 & claimed the compatibility with GMC Yukon Denali 2015 · I got connect with NavTool live chat through Facebook messenger, and raised my concern relate to the compatibility with my car Model, Yukon Denail 2015, they confirmed it will work · Informed NAVtool about their Vedio, that it was with Yukon 2016-2019 because Projection icon was exist into GMC Screen, again they confirmed the compatibility with Yukon 2015 · Started studying & educating myself about the installation, which does not required any wiring cut, just Plug & play. · I placed an order on Jan. 27, 2019 , received the item on Feb 9, 2019 & installed the Navtool Carplay in the same day · I did the product installation, however when tried to switch [ LeftTop corner] to CarPlay mode I got Black Screen, and to go back to Nav Car Mode I pressed [Left above middle side] · Also, When I turn the Car OFF, Then ON the NavTool say OFF, Untill I unplug then plug gray cable again , then NavTool will start. I report exactly, what happen with me, immediately I reached NavTool Technical Support, and shared with him the situation. He asked me to install others Software updater and tried several , but without any success . After that they I asked me to check the Digital Cable Continuity, and which I did in the electronic shop, and it was OK. I shared with them some Pictures for wires connection also, as a last escape they justified that I suppose to install their product with a professional shop Finally and after they fail to rectify the issue, they send me the below message : “We have evidence that you have connected the interface in the wrong location at first, which could have damaged a very expensive interface, that’s why you need certification, at this point you have to send it in for inspection so that we can test it.”, then requested them show me the picture for wrong connection but they did NOT. I told them the product is Plug & Play as NavTool claimed with their installation Video, and the plugs like puzzle cannot be missed, so what you are claiming for wrong location connection is not Right, but an escape to avoid replacing your Defective device. I suggest the following to avoid escalation: 1- Send me a Return Card, to send it back, and Navtool send me a Replacement for the defective item, on same time. OR 2- Refund me Lately, they sent me the below: “In order to provide support and troubleshooting step please provide following information : 1. Federal Installed MECP Certification ID number, 2. problem you are having with the interface 3. root cause of the problem 4. GM-LAN data wire reading outcome “ Then, they start sending the message “Send it for inspection so we can read memory of interface & measure the GM LAN line” But, and unfortunately I lost the confident & the trust with NavTool, I have a feeling that if I send it back, it will not come back, as they do not treat their customer like a valued partner with Two-way Win. I told them I will send it back, but at same time send me NEW one as replacement, but NO answer from them Finally, they blocked me on the messenger, then I decided to share my story to let people know their truth . To sum up, and from the experience with NavTool Technical Support : - Not customer oriented - Not qualified - Not cooperative - Not willing to help/support And from the experience with NavTool Product with my car Yukon Denail 2015, Navtool CarPlay computability with Car Model listed in their Website is Fake not true as they are claiming. Something unbelievable, they said that they did thoroughly test before shipping, and after received & installed they asked to be sent back for inspection. I have a feeling that they sent me defective one and they are not honest, and this is why there are complaints against their product & services . Sending and then shipping Fee will be paid by customer which almost price of another one, this is I cannot offer. Furthermore, I do not know what will be their diagnostic result and they may ask again for more money to fix. Finally, I do not grantee, that I will receive it back, or they will say 30 days from received is already finished, and I did not touch customer attention/care from them!! Updated : April 7, 2019 I’m wiring you to request that my money be refunded . Updated : April 15, 2019 Until now, nobody called me as they stated with their below reply, NavTool is trying to Improve its reputation, with continuity of lying Because they are not willing to refund any one, their aim to trap more customer with their bad Product and services Regards, Hussain

***Update Navtool has same woman calling again claiming she is from Discover Card and are cancelling my account this is the same woman that called me claiming she was at my address shameful company ***Update Navtool took my number down but is now asking for fake ratings to punish me how low can you go NAVTOOL*** This is an ethics violation and slanderous. **** Update Navtool posted my phone number and address in retaliation for my review, has people calling me from spoofed phone numbers (first call came from PA second from CO Third just said USA fourth Tanzania many from Unknown Another from Santo Domingo) all calls were received back to back. 4 times the same woman from 4 different locations and 4 different numbers. 1 caller told me she was at my address and wanted me to come outside and tell her about my experience and asking me why i posted my personal address if i did not want anyone to show up at my address. (I did NOT post my info NAVTOOL did) (intimidation tactics) she has a very distinct accent and became very abusive, vulgar & threatening. very unprofessional conduct **** THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 phone calls with 20 minutes harassing cursing at me and calling me foul names. very unprofessional NAVTOOL. harassing me so i delete my review NOT Going to happen. I WILL JUST KEEP RECORDING THE HARASSING PHONE CALLS AS EVIDENCE OF HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES. intimidation tactics STAY AWAY Let me start off with I rarely leave a bad review of a company as I own my own business and know how hard it is to make every customer happy. So this is a short summary of my experience with this company. I ordered Dec. 5th 2 items almost a 1000.00 dollars for Christmas gifts received them 10 days after order wrapped them up and gave as gift when i tried to find someone local to install these My local radio place here was busy till February so attempted to install with help and tech support, tech support was ok but could not get the item to work properly (defective unit) after an entire weekend of trying to get the first one to work i requested to return them and was promptly told NO i exceeded the 30 day time frame. now i'm stuck with 1000 dollars worth of trash with no recourse. Please stay away. A LEGITIMATE business would have worked with me (especially given the time of year)but not this company This is my Order # 14090321 The product i was installing was interface for apple carplay on 2017 Lexus Rx450 I wish we would have read these reviews before we purchased these If you look at their website reviews they have nothing less than 5 stars, really makes me wonder if they are real customers I wish I could post the entire chat with company to show how rude ****Navtool reported my review of my experience as SPAM. That is why i included my order number. Look into it this is not SPAM, Navtool I am a United States Army Vet's wife that you have a 1000.00 dollars of ours and we have 1000 dollars worth of your trash!*** ****Navtool again reported my review of my experience this is the copy of their report ****NavTool's reason for reporting Never Paid For The Order, they claimed their card was stolen 2 hours after purcahse. This is an outright lie i paid this order through my discover card in December 5 i did not even know I would have a problem until January so to say i reported my card stolen within 2 hours is a lie. Sounds like all this company does is lie. I did report my problem to Discover but was told they can't do much to resolve this except to send them a request to refund. Navtool refused. Navtool will say anything to have a bad review removed. Oh look Navtool reported my review again 3rd time.

Installation is very easy, simply watched the step by step video and 2 hours later voila I got apple CarPlay in my 2015 Acura MDX. Just my wife got upset that she had to hold the Phone for 2 hours so that I can watch the video go back and fourt Thank you navtool for an amazing CarPlay solution

Navtool review Buyer Beware!!! 1. I bought a Apple CarPlay product that never worked. 2. The customer service ignored multiple request for support. 3. When I asked for a return authorization within the first 30 days for the defective product the company refused it without a 25% restocking fee for a product that was defective. 4. I bought from the company because they had an A+ better business bureau picture on their website. It turns out it's false advertising since after I had a problem I went to the Better Business Bureau and found out they actually have an F rating. Out right fraud and false advertising. 5. I went through with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company for a chargeback. It's been almost 2 months and the company lies in the responses so make sure you have written documentation of any time you contact them. This is a real order my order #14090194. (Just so Navtool won’t lie and say its not a real order as noted many times from other customers) Navtool Claimed I had multiple profiles to stop my review. I was found innocent. Even after giving an order # Navtool stated they needed an order #. I told them they did not even read the review since the order # was in the review. Navtool again shut down the review until I proved I was a real customer. No problem! Dealing with them has shown me to have a paper trail for every encounter with them. After I proved the review was real. Navtool puts up my personal info. in a reply they have because I was a customer and tells people to contact me! I have been dealing with this for over five months! Save yourself your time. Even after the company put a well written professional apology below another person from the company who never spells correctly is still putting in claims that I am not a real customer to Trustpilot a month later. This person has some real problems and I feel sorry for them. Learn from my experience and stay far away from this company.

I do not have words to describe the little this company cares about their customers, 1 star seems like to much, to make my story short I ordered the interface I needed and the right one for my vehicle according to their website. Followed the instructions to install, did not work, then they said it was the incorrect unit and needed exchange, sent it back to them, post office attempted delivery 2 times, my package sat at the post office for almost 1 month, then sent back to me, they then tell me to fed ex it which I did right away, they keep telling me it ships next week, today it's January 19 still nothing, I am done waiting and just requested a refund. Worst than terrible experience, stay away.

I purchased NavTool’s video interface about six months ago to add Apple CarPlay to my vehicle. I could not believe how easy it was to install. I now have full original Apple CarPlay in my 2014 vehicle. I didn’t even know this was possible before I found out about NavTool’s product. I was so pleased with it, that I actually purchased the interface for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift 😂😂😂. So now, we both have full Apple CarPlay. The ordering process and delivery was prompt and easy. Great product NavTool keep up the great work!

Just upgraded my navtool 4.0 to the new navtool 5.0. The main difference is that now I can utilize Acura factory controller in my 2015 Acura TLX to control the Apple CarPlay just like the new 2019 TLX. Great product thank you navtool

Recently ordered navtool 5.0, received the interface approximately one week later, but I’m on west cost so that’s typical. Easy installation all plug and play. Apple CarPlay work on the touch screen and you can easily controls it form the vehicles touch screen. Having Siri in the car is great and makes my driving easier with Waze

This is my third navtool and they just keep getting better. I now have the new navtool 5.0 and my 2014 Acura MDX is like 2018. Apple CarPlay is all controlled with factory joystick just like 2018 Acura MDX. Great support and fast shipping just like the last 2 orders
