They do not provide anything needed to resolve the problem then claim you or your car are the problems and say, too bad.

It's important for me to be able to use my Apple iPhone features to make calls and navigate me, as I do work from my car a lot of the times. NavTool is able to give me the latest technology such as Apple Car Play without having to buy an entirely new car or radio system. I highly recommend this product.
