Jan 16,2025Very honest and dedicated staff, I have never bought a home before so I don't know how the process is but this is not that bad. I am thinking its a lot of work to put in but the end result will be very gratifying. I love the mission and am looking forward to finishing with the process.

Jan 15,2025I am on the next phase. I FINALLY completed all the paperwork and now I am officially NACA QUALIFIED. Faith my counselor was very patient with my landlord and me. I have already registered for the next phase of NACA's homebuying process. NACA is providing me homebuying education which will guide me in being a responsible homeowner. I continue to look forward to this process.

Jan 10,2025NACA, from a sellers perspective, is a complete nightmare. If you are selling a home and get an offer with NACA as the lender I STRONGLY recommend turning it down. They take minimum 60 days to close, their inspectors are horrible to work with, and they continually add items that are needed when not mentioned prior. We are now 30 days beyond the original closing date and have been under contract for 90 days. Absolutely ridiculous and no sense of urgency. Horrible experience all the way around and all parties involved (buyers agent, buyers, and listing agent) feel the same way

They consider families earning below Median Income or families purchasing in certain areas priority members. They provide you with a counselor to help you along the way and they have a $20 billion mortgage commitment (funds available for mortgages) and a 0.00012 foreclosure rate.
