Apr 26,2021Recently ordered a neon for our garden bar. Looks absolutely brilliant, vibrant colour and good quality. From ordering, was kept in the loop with delivery timescales and they stuck to these. The customer service team were brilliant when I has queries and the sign even arrived with a little pack of Jelly Belly jelly-beans. Nice touch, most impressed.

Apr 23,2021I have spoken to so many different business's when I was looking for a neon sign, I wanted my business logo. I was really shocked at some of the mock ups I got back from others, they didn't listen to what I wanted and the look was so far away from my logo it put me off. Neon Vibes Uk were the only people to actually pick up the phone and call me to chat, in no way pushy just to make sure the mock up was right before they sent it and I was blown away when they sent it through. Before I knew the price I had decided I was using them just based on their customer service - a couple of companies marketed themselves as UK based but admitted to me they would ship from china! god knows what the import fee would have been and it was so dishonest! My sign is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot recommend these guys enough, and they are 100% UK based!! Thanks so much!!

Apr 21,2021We thought our company logo may be complicated for a neon sign .. how wrong we were, the guys at Neon Vibes UK have produced a professional sign that now sits proudly in our reception area. My initial concern when we hung it on the wall was that is was too bright! So happy when we learned the sign could be put on a dimmer switch, It looks amazing and gets so many positive comments. Apr 21,2021I approached Neon Vibes UK about doing me a custom sign, and equally I bought a second one from off of their catalogue too at the same time. Communication was on point throughout, and as a photographer I still have a strong relationship with them with social media exchanges and tagging them in images. The signs arrived in mint condition and were well packaged with extra wall hanging options alongside the in-built keyholes for screwing to the wall. As someone with a small neon collection, my main concerns with LED neon style lighting was their brightness in comparison to the glass neon variety, but these signs are super bright, maybe more so! And of course they're far more rugged too, which is ideal if you want to move you sign around as a prop or hang it lower on the wall.
