Jun 02,2021The product was beautifully made and I'm very happy with the quality. Simple to setup and well packaged. The reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because It didn't arrive on time. I had to contact customer services 3 times to chase it up. In the end a gentleman responded over the phone and dispatched the item the following day but it took 20 days from placing the order to receiving it. Considering I paid £20 for 10 business day delivery service. If you can improve on your status updates and maintain the delivery times , I would gladly support you again and order more products.

May 26,2021We have just received and opened our neon light and it is absolutely beyond our expectations. I am really impressed with the quality of the light and the acrylic surround, the supplied items and a little treat that was swiftly snaffled by our child! The dimmer is excellent and is effective as well. The service was fab & prompt - dispatched right on time and no delays. We will be purchasing again without a doubt.

May 13,2021Got two red Cross neon lights for my room changeover and I couldn't be happier with the signs. The colour is vibrant and it lights up the whole room beautifully. They comes with a remote (which I didn't expect) that allows you to change the brightness of the signs which I'm looking forward to using. The signs are also very strong and I can't wait to hang them both up. The signs look exactly like pictured and I am not disappointed in the slightest :) Thank you Neon Vibes UK!!!

May 06,2021Such a great company with really helpful customer service ! Could not recommend them enough. From what I found as well they seem to be cheeper then most places. My sign came out great. I lost my dad in jan 2020, he was from Egypt and loved speaking to me in Arabic (no I can’t speak it) so to be able to get a sign in Arabic as a way to remember my dad means the world to me.

After searching through countless online companies for a Neon sign I came across Neon Vibes Uk, mainly attracted due to their discount offer, which I may add I forgot to include in my payment, I spoke with them online immediately on a Sunday afternoon and they refunded me the discount straight away, not only fabulous customer service that kept me informed with my order but also an amazing choice of signs at a good price. The sign has finished off my kitchen and I just love it. My daughter now wants one and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

There was an issue with the power adapter and Mike resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended if you are looking for LED lights especially from a company that has excellent customer service such as this. Will be looking to purchase again in the future!
