A quick response to my order by Nesstar. The tap was carefully packed and did not suffer when the carrier threw it over the side gate instead of coming to the front door!
Product was as described and arrived next working day.
Nesstar are a great company to deal with, Ordered our Sink and Tap on a Saturday and the order was delivered by lunchtime on Monday. I would definitely recommend Nesstar Ltd to my family and friends

Ordered a Liquida sink,for next day delivery, the first one didn't get delivered, after 4 days I called Nestar. This took a few attempts as you often get the answering machine even in working hours. I left messages but didn't receive a call back. I did get hold of Nestar and they ordered another sink but I didn't receive any tracking/delivery information so I had no idea if / when it was going to arrive. So in the end I ordered another sink from Toolstation it arrived the next day. I did receive the sink from Nestar after day 7, but the quality was very poor, so im glad I ordered the one from Toolstation. Ordinarily I would look to return the Liquida sink, but the delivery was so difficult I don't think I'll bother.

There were a couple of minor problems with the sink unit I purchased, but Customer Services very quickly resolved them to my satisfaction. I have since fitted the sink unit and am very pleased with it.
We purchased an instant hot water tap (Liquida HT-45 MB 4 in 1 tap) to go in our new extension and kitchen in Oct 23 via the B&Q website. It wasn't installed until December 23 but we wanted it to be available for whenever the kitchen was being delivered and installed. Early December 24 the boiler starts leaking. We had the filters changed with a few odd jobs by a plumber in June 24 just as the manufacturers recommended and we also live in Manchester a soft water area so didn't think it would be limescale build up causing the leaks but changed the filters again anyway. It did not resolve the issue so we got in touch with Nesstar. That was on 29th December 24. Nesstar said they had to get in touch with the manufacturers when they reopened in January 25. That's a fair answer. At this point it was flooding the cabinet it was installed in so we had to turn it off. The normal water tap also passes by the boiler unit so we had no water in the kitchen. Went back to washing pots and pans in the bathtub like when we had the extension done. Everybody knows that's horrible for your back. Didn't hear back for weeks. It was us constantly chasing them for an answer or a reply. Very bad communication from Nesstar. Their excuse is always I just heard back from them without them ever relaying the information in a timely manner. Of course manufacturers wanted proof that we changed the filters, no problem provided them the invoice that we got. They've just told me yesterday as we purchased it in October and we had it changed in June we were two months out of the recommended timescale for having the filters changed. If a boiler unit leaks within 1 year of installation and fairly standard use from a family of 4 in a soft water area and having changed the filters twice in a year, think how flimsy a boiler unit it is. Would I recommend Nesstar? Absolutely not!! Poor communication, timescale to a unsatisfactory resolution took far too long (11 weeks). Even in a year there is much more choice now for hot water taps. Do not consider Nesstar for their instant hot water taps. Happy to provide correspondence as proof to the review I write here. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome.
Sink never turned up. As I wrote to you about this on Saturday morning when I sent an email and you did not reply until Monday. You phoned me at 315 only asking if I could ring you so I did ten minutes later with no reply. As stated you could have said then that you were not delivering my sink then it would have saved a lot of trouble. FedEx do deliver on a Saturday as you were not delivering it yourself was you. You had no respect for the customer as I said I emailed you and you did not reply. And yet when I say how disappointed I was with you and you message me Saturday and Sunday strange ain’t it. I had a better sink from another supplier and was delivered with in 2 days

I have just purchased my second product from Nesstar, which was a boiling hot water kitchen tap. Having researched the internet, I found Nesstar to be the most competitive, and my previous experience using this company gave me the confidence to place the order. On both occasions when I have used Nesstar they have been quick on delivery and most importantly, fast to react when requesting information.

Ordered a new kitchen sink which came within 2 days but unfortunately was damaged(not down to Nesstar). Contacted Maiga who sorted the problem immediately and arranged a replacement which was delivered within 24 hours. Amazing customer service,would definitely use the company again.
