Sep 09,2024We worked with NAF when we purchased our condo and that is why I used NAF again. I was very satisfied with the process until it came time to close. There seem to be miscommunication between NAF and the title company and the closing didn't happen on the date initially set.

Sep 08,2024I first worked with Phil who helped me get a pre-underwritten pre-approval. He was amazing with communication! When my home search changed from SC to NC he referred me to Patrick Jemerigbe. He was very good with communication as well. I closed on time so I have nothing bad to say. It was the outcome I wanted. I'm a first time buy so I wish my loan processor would have communicated a little better with me. The full experience may not have been great but the outcome definitely was! I will definitely recommend NAF to family and friends!!!

After feeling defeated, Reid jumped right in and took over and assured me that NAF would be able to get me into my home. He worked round the clock with me and my realtor and was on top of my loan to get the loan processed in less than 3 weeks to get me closed on time as promised! As a previous client of NAF and now a returning client I will definitely stay with NAF and will recommend NAF to anyone needing a loan for a home or refinance. A huge shoutout to Reid for his professionalism, his kindness, his urgency, his pleasant demeanor and his willingness to make everything possible for me and my family to get into our beautiful home. Jason was the complete opposite—personable, guiding me through every step and regularly checking in. When I returned two years later to purchase a new home, he remembered me and even the small details we had discussed. He made buying the new property an even smoother experience than the refinance, and by the end, he has truly become a friend.
