Jan 29,2024This is the best recruitment agency I’ve ever used. They contacted me regarding a vacancy that was perfect for me, and at a company I’ve always wanted to work. If I called the agency and my usual contact wasn’t there, their colleagues knew who I was and which job I was calling about, they all keep each other informed of who they are dealing with so you don’t have to start from scratch explaining any details. They kept me informed of progress the whole way through, offered interview tips, and even messaged to wish me luck on the day of the interview and also my first day (I’m happy to report I did get my perfect job!). They even asked me to let them know afterwards how both the interview and first day went. Thanks so much Niche, in particular Tracy, Michelle and Karen, you’ve been great! X

May 22,2023I've been very impressed with Niche Recruitment and the recorded video interview experience. I had applied for a job listing posted by Niche Recruitment, and got a call back from Nick fairly quickly. Nick was professional, friendly, and brilliant at keeping me informed about what was going on and what the next steps were. Rather then just sending the company my CV, I was asked to do a short recorded video interview where we addressed some of the main points from the job description and helped bring my CV to life. I had a follow up interview with the company I applied for shortly after the video was sent and was then offered the job. Nick gave me helpful advice before the recorded interview, and before the interview with the company I was applying for. I would definitely recommend Niche Recruitment to anyone looking for a new job.

Feb 28,2023I’ve been looking for a job for some time and spoke to many recruiters over the past few months but when I had the first call from Jack I could just tell how invested in both his job, and my job he was. He made sure to ask me plenty of questions before putting me forward for a job to ensure it was something I was interested in and to ensure I was the right candidate. Throughout the whole interview process the communication was incredible, keeping my updated with everything and also just checking it to make sure I’m feeling okay before the interview, afterwards and since then. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from both Niche and Jack himself.

I was so lucky they noticed my potential. Tracy was very knowledgeable and very friendly, she was always at the end of the phone and made me feel that I was her only client. she put my mind and nerves at ease straight away. Niche dealt with the whole application smoothly and swiftly, I applied for a job on a Sunday afternoon and had a job offer in place by tea time on Thursday excellent service.
