Niche Recruitment reached out to me when I was applying for temporary work and I instantly felt like it was the right decision to go through them. They found positions to suit me and worked very hard to help me prepare for interviews. Staff were always very friendly when I spoke to them and answered any queries I had promptly and effectively. They contacted me regularly to make sure my employment was going well. Would highly recommend and will be getting back in touch with them when I return from travelling!

In Niche Recruitment they are professional, very close and offer a personal service for each different person. They make you feel confident and help you to improve your abilities in your CV and Interview. Gemma Baker was my recruiter and I felt the warmth of a mother and it turn the motivation of a great professional. In 3 days I got a job and I was accompanied all time. So, highly recommend it.

Mar 19,2019After have my reservations about recruitment agencies in general, Niche recruitment was a breath of fresh air. I was contacted by Charlotte within a couple of days of uploading my CV to CV library. She took the time to get to know me and my skills set and she made it her mission to find me a job suited to my criteria and needs. Before with other recruiters I have felt as though they wanted to push me into an unsuitable role to tick a box despite me telling them my clear criteria, this was definitely not the case with Charlotte. She kept in contact throughout my job search journey, offering helpful advice and guidance, she was quick in regards to any queries I had and most importantly she was paramount in helping me secure my new job. I cannot recommend her and niche recruitment enough.

Jan 29,2019cannot fault this company. Was quick to contact me following my applications and my recruitment consultant, Charlotte, was spot on. She actively listened and was friendly and approachable and most importantly, seemed genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals. I was given a lot of relevant information on the role i was applying for and was assisted thoroughly from the application process to the job offer. I had lots of questions regarding the role and was quite nervous about my interview and when i was offered the role both Charlotte and her director (apologies i cant remember his name) sounded genuinely pleased for me and both followed up on the interview. I felt thoroughly taken care of and now have a great new job opportunity that i wouldn't have had without niche :)

Jan 25,2019I can’t recommend Niche enough! Charlotte’s been paramount to me successfully receiving and accepting a job offer. Unlike some agencies, Charlotte took time to learn about myself and have a really personable experience so she could represent me perfectly. She kept me informed every step of the way and met me before my interview. The meeting she gave me before the interview really helped calm my nerves and helped me set my self up to be confident and perform well. Thank you for all your help Niche!
