They were very helpful and encouraging when preparing for my interview and I felt their positivity and enthusiasm for me through the calls. Would recommend going through niche to help you find your perfect job!

I wasn't successful in the next stage of the hiring process, but she found another role for me that she thought would fit my experiences, etc. She prepared me for the interviews and got a job offer. The whole process took two weeks. Tracy was super helpful and quick to respond, and overall just an amazing person to talk to.

Jun 09,2022As a university student struggling to secure a role, I contacted Niche. Michelle was so supportive and encouraging throughout my application process and pointed me in the right direction. Michelle would call me for a catch up after my interviews and really gave me the confidence that I needed. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Nick who was equally supportive. Michelle took time to get to know me and the type of position that would suit my skills set and personality, at the time I was really unsure of what route to take. Michelle secured me a temp role which opened up doors and helped me to gain much needed industry experience. I am so thankful to Niche recruitment as I would not be in my current role with excellent career progression opportunities without them.

Sep 08,2022I had been looking for a job for about 6 months and been in contact with several recruiters during that time. Some very big agencies. Niche stands above all of them. Doing a video interview to send to their clients, giving honest and timely feedback, sorting out issues when they arise. They take a personal interest and genuinely want to help you - you're not just a name like you are with many other agencies. They secured me a fixed contract, which got extended and then turned into a permanent role. I couldn't be more grateful for the help that Niche have given, with special thanks to Michelle who has been supportive throughout the process. Wish I had dealt with them earlier on in my job search as would probably have secured a role sooner.
