Nick took great care in understanding my skill set, where I want to go with my career, the type of organisation I wanted to work for and helped balance my criteria to fit in with my family life. May 06,2021Michelle from Niche Recruitment reached out to me about a role at a time when I had given up on recruiters contacting and ghosting me about opportunities. After her swift response we were on a call, discussing my experience, wants and needs and she was lining up interviews. Despite our difference in location Michelle went out of her way to find opportunities more local to me and has ended up securing me a fantastic role with a company I hadn’t seen were recruiting. She gave me confidence in my skill set niche and allowed me to ace my interviews and be offered the job, all within a week of my first interview with them. Without Michelle, I’d still be tirelessly searching. Niche really go the extra mile. A fantastic recruiter, excellent company and an absolute must use for anyone job hunting. Thank you!

He was hands-on from the beginning, answering every email and call right away, the one time he wasn’t there someone else replayed just as fast and with just as much professionalism and enthusiasm! He was also discussing my concerns regarding moving and pay and benefits and gave great advice before making the final decision! I do not have a single bad thing to say about this company, and I will recommend them everyone I know.

I would not have succeed if it wasn't for his valuable advice. As someone who has worked in the recruitment industry previously, it was very refreshing to come across a recruiter who genuinely cared about their candidate and that went the extra mile to ensure they were supported throughout the entire process. I can not recommend Nick and Niche recruitment strongly enough.

Nick was my point of contact at Niche and the whole process not only helped me gain experience and confidence with interviewing, but through the consistent feedback I received I was able to develop this skill-set throughout my job search process. I have now landed my dream job, after moving to England during the height of COVID-19. I was kept informed throughout the interview process and I never felt like just another candidate to them. If you’re looking for a position I would highly recommend Niche Recruitment just because they truly do go above and beyond. Their process also entails a unique interview at the start, which allows you to get familiar with the interviewing process (questions are provided ahead of time to allow you to prepare which was useful for me as I was extremely intimidated by the whole interviewing process). If you’re a company looking to hire I would recommend niche as they screen candidates ahead of time and are able to fit us into jobs they know we’ll succeed in based on our knowledge and organisational cultural fit. Throughout this role she has been very supportive and helpful in looking for a permanent role for me, which she found and I have just successfully interviewed for. From the very beginning giving me a really good background on the company and the team, and what they were looking for in the right candidate. She was available to chat to early mornings and evenings, whenever I had a question and has been very helpful, friendly and encouraging. Part of the process involved doing a video interview and she coached me through this, it was a bit nerve-racking at first but I really think it helped my application. From the get go they were very detailed and spent a lot of time getting to know me, my situation and my background which led to them finding a role that seemed like it was tailored made for me.
