Over the years I had touched base with them on multiple occasions, since they had started out and had always been impressed by how thorough they were when matching skills to job roles and communication with both myself and the potential employer. When they contacted me for the current role I am in( now just over 2 years), I was impressed yet again by how thorough they were when discussing the role with me and how my skills may match it. It was a role I would never had considered previously. I was put forward for interview twice by them and the second time around, was successful. I picked up a great package with a Government based organisation which gives me lots of potential for career expansion and at the time, job security especially during the pandemic when there was a lot of economic uncertainty. I am now a Line Manager, who has hybrid working which fits around my family well and will be able to consider other moves internally to other teams later to continue gaining more valuable experience, should I wish to! Coming out of covid it was extremely difficult for me to find a job that suited my needs in terms of location, salary, culture and position. She managed to find me the perfect job and I’ve loved every minute. I’ve Been here over a year and I’m still growing and developing daily.
