May 31,2022Very smooth and pleasant recruitment process with Michelle and the team! It was very professionally handled form the initial contact to the final contract. Michelle prepared me well for the interviews and was able to answer all questions and doubts. Today 1,5 years after I am still happy in the role Michelle helped me get.

May 31,2022I used Niche Recruitment a good while ago now. I met up with Michelle in person for a coffee and she helped me through the application process and when I went for a job she put forward, she helped me with that too. I got that first job and she was in contact with me for weeks after making sure everything was ok. I would definitely use NR again should I be looking for another job. You felt like you mattered and that’s important.

I applied for a role which Niche was looking after and Michelle has supported me with applying and assessing me for that role. She has been an advocate for me and found me the perfect role to go back to after maternity leave. They have been so detailed and caring and has made finding a job a pleasant experience.

Apr 01,2022Such a wonderful company to deal with. From day one the communication seemed effortless and the turn around for follow ups were speedy. Interviews are done through video calls, so they make it really convenient to attend from the comfort of your home. Tracy Wilkins is such a great interviewer, she made me feel very comfortable at all times as well as prior to starting the interview, that it sailed smoothly without feeling interrogated. I enjoy dealing them, they really seem to go above and beyond for their recruits. I am grateful for her and Nick's input and effort, that has lead to me securing a role with their client. Great work!

Nick discussed the interview process and gave me some great tips. His colleagues met with us candidates as a group and gave final tips and encouragement prior to the interview. We were also given the opportunity to meet the founder of Niche recruitment which gave a personal touch. I am extremely overwhelmed by the efforts made by Niche recruitment. I was given constant updates on the progress and Niche really push for me to be offered the chance to work with such a fantastic company. It's clear Niche recruitment have close relationships with their partners.
