I contacted them and the order wasn't even filled until Thursday (5 days after I placed and paid for the items). This is really unacceptable in today's world of filling and shipping by any standard. My word of advice...if you need them soon do not get them from Nickokick.

Aug 30,2024I would give 0 stars if I could. They never shipped my order but lied and said they did even though the tracking number they provided proves otherwise. I called them to either get my order shipped or refunded but they refused so I disputed the charge with the bank.

Aug 29,2024I understand the shortage of Zyn products, however, a customer shouldn’t have to wait over a week and a half before THEY have to call, to question where their order is. To be told at that point it’s all out of stock, and I now have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund.

However when they don't and you contact their customer service there is no response. My order did show up soon after that but well after the expedited shipping I paid for said it would.
