Aug 02,2024I ordered (10) cans of wintergreen ZYN 6mg and they charged my credit card the next day… that was 3 weeks agon and I have sent 4 emails with my order number and all I get is an auto reply email back that they are working on it. I have tried calling 4 different days and different times and can never get through - the greeting says they are open from 8 am to 11 am and then 1 pm to 4 pm, but I have called all hours of the day and I get that greeting as if they are closed - but what they did do is never turned their phone back on… not sure if it’s cause they don’t want to deal with issues or incompetence and not turning their phone system back on to take calls. The one day I did get through. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up because no one ever picked up. Very unsatisfied and have not gotten an update in three weeks yet they charge me and my charge posted is gone through. ORDER # 001451691

Aug 02,2024I placed an order on July 22, 2024. Today is August 1, 2024 and the order is still processing. I have mailed 3 times and received no response other than the canned "We're working on it." At best this is poor customer service. At worst this is theft. My order number is 001457203.
