My first order went good, probably because I ordered multiple of the same nicotine pouch. This time I ordered different ones, my order was for 7 cans only received 3. I emailed the company twice and no reply. I threatened to do a charge back, still no reply. BEWARE!!! They do shady business!!! If I could I would have rated them zero stars. Do better people!

Been ordering every month for about a year with only 1 mishap. In which they fixed the error that day & shipped the remainder of my pouches. Highly recommend this site!

Ordered 9 cans, paid for 2 day shipping. Took them a week to process the order. When I received it, it was missing 6 of the 9 cans I paid for. If something is out of stock they still apparently let you buy something you will not get. If they reached out and offered something else or informed me of a shortage, I wouldn't even be upset. Customer service lady was nice and refunded my missing cans, but sadly she's not the one processing these orders.

Ordered on July 23 and though they claim one day to have your order shipped, still waiting. Reached out to customer service by email 3 times and no reply back. They have my money and I have nothing. It’s now been 48 hours and still my order has not been shipped as promised. I would think twice about buying from this company. They have my money and I’ve just received empty promises. Terrible customer service. Finally received my order but only after posting this review did they contact me. The items were shipped in an envelope instead of a box so I received damaged items and the order was not complete and missing items. One problem after another. Will be interesting how they fix this problem I contacted customer service about the missing items, every response back is asking me for the items that are missing and nothing is getting resolved. I have sent 5 emails listing the 2 items that are missing from the order and this is a nightmare to deal with. Terrible customer service 👎🏻

Ordered products on May 30. Never received. Started requesting a refund 6 weeks later as I no longer use the products I ordered. Received an automated reply with a case# of 0130025. Sent 4 more requests for a refund with NO REPLY. Tried calling their phone which just gives you hours of operation and an email address you can contact. Then hangs up. I’m not sure if they have shut down shop or what the problem is but now have no other recourse other than this review and a call to the BBB.

Nicokick has been my go to for the last 2 years living in Cali. Always shipped same day if ordered in the morning. Got my order within 2 days. My latest order has been processing for 5 days. Similar recent reviews. Not shipped in days, no updates. I hear they are trying to figure everything out after the hurricane. Fair enough. But, how about putting a pause on new orders until you get everything operational again? Placing an order that can't be fulfilled for an unknown amount of time isn't cool. Not the company's fault a hurricane wrecked their operation. Their fault for trying to run said operation with no capacity. Let customers know the orders are going to take an indefinite amount of time because of a natural disaster. Even zyn.com quit taking orders and left a message why. Your communications team needs to pull their head out. I'll probably come back... But not for at least a year. Too much other game in town. Bottom line... Nicokick, work on your communications with the customer. Update: Ordered July 22nd, the order is still processing as of August 2nd. Sent an email to their customer support on July 29th inquiring about the order and the discount code as was mentioned in the response to my review. Still haven't heard back from them as of August 2nd. Tried calling them multiple times with no answer. I've since disputed the charge on my credit card and got refunded. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. No going back to Nicokick for me. I'd advise people to look elsewhere for nicotine pouches as well.

They sent me $200 worth of busted Velo pouches and won’t reply to emails. This was not my first order from Nicokick but it will be my last. I have always ordered Zyn pouches in the past with no issues and the pouches always arrived quickly. I don’t think it’s Nicokick’s fault but they should stand behind any product they sell and they have totally ghosted me after this purchase. Every can has at least two pouches that aren’t sealed correctly and the contents are spilled out on every other pouch in the can making it an awful experience to use them.

Placed an order 13 days ago and It’s still “processing”. Customer service also hasn’t responded in almost a week. Paid $44 and haven’t the package hasn’t even been shipped in almost 2 weeks

Easy process for age verification. Product was exactly what I ordered and was shipped and received in a timely manner for a good price compared to the local corner stores. Will Definitely order again and recommend to anyone who uses these products.

After being a loyal customer for years and enjoying the ease of delivery ( as I am disabled.) I am going on 9 days with no order, no email response, and the one time in the last 9 days I could reach someone on the phone I was told it's FedEx's fault because they don't scan their packages. I worked in shipping for 20 years and can count on one hand the times that happened. I just want my product that I ordered as this is absurd. Order number 001439177
