Jul 22,2024I have placed 22 orders with this company, barring this one experience I can only say they deserve 5 stars. However, I placed an order over a week ago and it has not updated beyond processing. They claim to ship within a day, but I expect within 2-3 days and arrive within two weeks. I reached out to them a while ago and haven't received a response. At this point I can only assume they have closed up shop.

Jul 21,2024Made first order a few weeks ago. Once order was finally shipped and then received, almost all of the pouches in each can were not sealed with the contents spilled out inside the can. A total waste of money!!

Jul 20,2024nicokick won’t ship flavored nic pouches to clackamas county, oregon. there is a ban on flavored nic pouches in both multnomah and washington counties but not in clackamas county. i want to know why but nicokick does not respond to ANY form of communication.

Jul 19,2024I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. Instead of receiving the Rogue nicotine pouches I ordered, I was sent Copenhagen Tobacco pouches, a totally different product. Despite reaching out to customer service six days ago, I have yet to receive a response. This level of service is unacceptable. Order number: 001423649. UPDATE: I've received their feedback as shown below and it seems that it will be sorted out. So I'm updating my review rate.

Jul 17,2024I Love this website, I wish Zyn's were back ordered but that's not Nicokicks fault. My favorite zyns are citrus and my husband loves wintergreen. Shipping is always so fast MAX 3 days and that's if we have bad weather here, its usually 2 days, which is a big deal.

Jul 17,2024I like Nicokick and have used it successfully for a year or so, however if there is a problem..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not answer the phone, you cannot leave a message, and they do not respond to email.

Jul 16,2024Every copy pasta response on here from Nicokick is just for show, they do not reply or work on fixing their mistakes. They have zero care about their customers and will do the very least they have to. Half my order did it arrive. If you don’t have to deal with support you are lucky. The support team is nasty. They answer the phone angry. They let you know they hate you. They don’t care they shipped your order in an unsealed bag and only delivered half the order. They will only do slightly less than the minimum. I’d rather buy my on from a drug dealer than deal with these miserable people again

Jul 16,2024Don't let the lower prices fool you because you will end up paying more. Here's why... Similar to Oskar's review, I've placed 2 large orders with Nicokick (10 rolls on first order and 6 on the second order) and both times over 50% of the product was damaged and unusable. That means I paid 2X what I would have paid elsewhere for the rolls that were actually usable. I've contacted support 3 times and have gotten ZERO response. Not one single reply. Nicokick (and their subsidiaries) seem to be the only game in town, but I look forward to a competitor coming in and eating their lunch one day. If anyone has any recommendations for other companies then please let me know. UPDATE: Nicokick did end up reaching out after I made my review and are shipping a replacement. I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. Not sure that I'll continue to be a customer, but I appreciate them replacing the product.

Jul 14,2024Edit 2: They reached out to me, made things right, and renewed my trust enough to do another order. I got 100% of this order and am now very happy with their service and products. Edit: I never got an email response but after calling I was able to get a representative to start processing a refund for the missing items. I was told it would take 6-7 days. I still don't like that I never got an email response but should I receive the refund I will be less disappointed. I still don't think it should require jumping through hoops to get a response and would rather pay more to another site and get my order in full/not pay for things that may not be in stock. Received my order and less than half of it was delivered. I did not order anything that was listed as shortage. I tried emailing them and a case was created about 48 hrs ago at the time, but have not had a response. I am a first and most likely last time customer. Sometimes when the prices are too good it's for a reason. If I don't get a response shortly I will speak with my credit card company to do a partial charge back. Extremely disappointed by their service to say the least.

Jul 12,2024Don't order from these guys and if you do just pray to god that they don't mess it up. I ordered $44 worth of product and the package was delivered in a timely manner. However, I received somebody else's order... Immediately I attempted to call their customer support number, receiving a swift trip to the voicemailbox. Naturally, I sent them an email saying that I'd received the wrong product, and I'd be happy to ship it back. Within 24 hours I had heard nothing so I sent another email. Another 48 hours later, still having heard nothing, i sent ANOTHER email. So here we are, 6 phone calls and three emails later, I'm out $44 with absolutely no idea whether or not i will see the actual product that I ordered, or see the money that i wasted ever again. Like i said, if you do order from these guys, just pray that they don't mess it up or you may never see your money again.
