Amazing bra’s, I have finally found a bra that is comfortable to wear all day long without feeling pain and discomfort. Along with the fantastic customer service and support from the team to find the right fit. Their customer service is second to none and they are actually pretty and such good quality. I had little faith when I placed my first order but so glad I did, after numerous purchases from other brands and even debated on breast reduction because of how fed I was feeling and being in pain. Thank you No.1 bra, I will be chucking all the others bra’s away I could not recommend you more. ❤️
I've recently been fitted by No.1 bra and finally found my perfect bra! Not only does it fit well, there is no digging wires! After breast feeding my boobs have changed a lot and the No.1 Cara bra has finally given me my confidence back! I highly recommend for anyone to try these! 😀
Do NOT buy from this company. They make it really hard to return items, I had to email 4 times and kept being asked to have a replacement but they don’t even do the right size. I have now returned the bras, have proof of posting and 2 weeks later no refund. Their excuse is they have delays. I’ve now emailed them 8 times just to do a return and try and get a refund. Whatever the bras are like the service is poor and you, like me , could be out of large sums of money (as these aren’t cheap) and fighting for it to be refunded.
I originally ordered two bras, one was fine the other compressed after wearing. I contacted customer services and the said to send it back. After receiving it they asked me to try another style that might fit better (even though I had one that was fine) I did the telephone consultation and we agreed on another bra. Unfortunately this was then held up for months apparently due to Covid, I don’t believe a word of it. The second bra was unsuitable so I contacted them for a refund. I was eventually sent a returns label. It’s not traceable any more, up to about a month ago it said they tried to deliver but no one in. I again emailed but no response at all. I have since emailed on 4 occasions and no one answers. It seems they are not interested once they have your money. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful and I urge people not to buy from them. In trying to support a small business I have lost out to the tune of £52. No 1 bra you should be ashamed. It’s no good replying as you do to others and asking me to contact you because you do not reply! I won’t let this rest. This is an additional comment after a reply from No 1. I received a refund only AFTER this review. You did not reply in a timely manner to my emails and ignored three of them altogether. When the second bra was posted to me and was lost you did send a replacement, that doesn’t alter the fact that you took a month to give me my refund. I’m not disputing the design of the bra, as I said earlier I have one bra that I am happy with. Your reply only further justifies my point of bad customer service. I’m afraid my review stands. Thank you for finally refunding me after a month of returning the bra!
Having looked at reviews and the website decided to go ahead and try a bra, I actually ordered two, what a mistake I had to return them tracked which cost me almost £8.00, them I had a consultation call which was not at all thorough and felt extremely rushed, supposed to be a bra expert but said during the conversation not sure which size to send to you I will take advice after our call which of course didn’t fill me with much confidence. I informed the person I spoke to that I had returned the items and they had been delivered on the day of our conversation. I had no confirmation from them to say they had received the return, all they were interested in is pushing another bra onto you to secure a sale. At first they were attentive with emails but as soon as I contacted them to inform that the second bras were not suitable four in total they just ignored my emails to arrange return and I have had to contact them daily and even go to the extreme of making comments on Facebook to force a reaction. They have had all returns back since 20th October and still there is no sign of a refund, so the top and bottom of my experience with this company is completely poor and unacceptable, I am £8.00 in debt through no fault of my own and have nothing to show for it. They were not at all transparent on how to return so I had to take it into my own hands. All they are interested in is a sale and as soon as you ask for your money back as they have not been successful in fitting you into one of there bras, they completely shut you down and are not interested. Ladies order at your risk………
I already had one bra and really loved that I could wear all day comfortably. So was really looking forward to the new design , that I had pre-ordered . However they were delays . But I was kept informed. The first got lost in transit . Very frustrated. But Lucy from sales was brilliant, and sent out a new one . It’s fabulous. Love it . Dupe fit . Extra comfy. Love it . Although it has now gone from chic beige to dark grey as I washed in by mistake in the black wash . Still looks gorgeous though . As a woman with big boobs it’s so important to find a comfortable bra that supports and makes you feel amazing all day . If you buy just one bra this year . Treat yourself to one of these .

Excellent customer service, I visited the shop for a fitting and tried on 2 different styles as well as the no bounce bra. The bras feel and look fantastic on. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Jen, Lucy and Kim are so nice abs couldn’t be more helpful

I am new to No 1 bra abs have struggled so much over the years with uncomfortable bras. No 1 have been so amazing! They are super helpful and offer a very personal service to ensure that you get a perfect fit. For the first time in about 20 years I have great support and cannot feel my bra at all. I feel feminine and comfortable all day just fabulous!

Comfiest bra EVER! Absolutely everything about this bra is perfect. Really wouldn’t go back to a regular bra now. Definitely no more wires digging in places they shouldn’t. Also, customer service is absolutely brilliant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nov 13,2021The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have been emailing them for over 3 weeks and they continue to ignore my emails. On top of this, the bras are overpriced and are far from comfortable, the sizing is completely wrong. As my title suggests- avoid this company like the plague.
