Dec 10,2020It's too early to give a decent review. I ordered a complete home generator, however I was told it would be 1 - 12 weeks before being shipped. I have not heard anything about a shipping date yet, so check back later.

Dec 10,2020Norwall was great to deal with. They answered questions accurately and delivered when they said they would. My only small complaint is that I asked that they call me when delivering to my contractor, but that didn’t happen. It worked out ok, so I’m not upset.

Dec 04,2020I just received my Generac Generator from Norwall absent the foundation pad which was supposedly shipped with the generator. I called Norwall and spoke to Sharon regarding its whereabouts. She accused me of not being an adult and signing for something I did not receive, while yelling at me on the phone. I let her know that I’m a doctor and pretty smart man. I asked her not to get made at me and to just let me know where it is thank you. She called back 10 minutes later to inform me that it was in Portland and on its way. She made the experience unnecessarily stressful. It also took 5 weeks longer to deliver than the original estimate given to me when I made the order. If you are considering a Generac generator I would order it from electricgeneratorsdirect.com. After the fact I notice that their shipping timeframes are quicker. Good luck.

Dec 03,2020non responsive customer service...product generally leaves in 1 to 2 weeks. it's over 2 weeks and i have emailed twice for an update, and no response. if i ran my CS this way, i would have NO customers...i expect at this point to get the Corona excuse....waiting

Dec 03,2020Delivery was fast, took 1week to receive generator. Looks great and getting it installed now so nothing on the operation of it now. Installer said he has worked with them before and only had good things to say about it.

Dec 03,2020Well they took my order and they took my money but I have yet to receive my merchandise which was a generator. It is supposed to be shipped within 6 weeks or so. I guess the jury is still out until it gets here. KEN

Dec 01,2020Order was placed Oct 13,2020 and days later, I called Sales and asked for a delivery date and was told Nov 6, 2020. Actual delivery was Nov 25 ( 43 days after order date ). Norwall ad states 24hr notice of delivery date and tracking will be sent. Actually received this information on Nov 30, 5 days AFTER the product was delivered. I would say that due to their poor customer service including hours of telephone wait time, Don't buy from this company

Nov 28,2020I ordered my portable generator online and received it in about a week which was pretty fast. It is a Westinghouse iGen4500DF and it was delivered by UPS direct from the factory. The main concern is that Norwall insists that the generator be inspected or the purchaser should not take delivery. However UPS said if I open the box to inspect, they could not take it back if it was found to be damaged. So there is a conflict between UPS and Norwall policy. Fortunately, the UPS driver called his supervisor and the supervisor OK'd me to open the box to inspect since so many customers were insisting on inspecting generators that UPS delivers. Norwall needs to get with UPS to reconcile these policy differences. Also, I was on a waiting list for Norwall to notify me when the generator would become available They did not notify me, but luckily I took it upon myself to check every day on availability. When it became available, I immediately ordered it. Had I not done this, I might have missed the opportunity to order one. So I was going to rate Norwall with three stars. However, I gave Norwall four stars since they are just about the only place I could order the iGen4500DF. Other outlets that had carried it in the past do not appear to carry it now. Thus, Norwall might have the best selection in generators.

Dec 12,2020The product I ordered showed “in stock” and ships in 1-4 days on 11-27. Today is 12-12 and tracking shows they are still awaiting shipment. I’m not happy.
