Aug 24,2020Bought my first portable generator from Norwall Powersystems back in 2010. So now, 10yrs later, when we wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit, we went right to Norwall's website again. They still have the best prices and provide great service. Our new Westinghouse portable generator arrived a few days later. It came nicely packaged and we had it started-up in less than an hour. If you're shopping for a new generator I highly recommend Norwall Powersystems.

Aug 23,2020I was very pleased with the ease of my purchase and the array of available options. The website is very well done ,easy to navigate and informative. Check out was easy. My only complaint is the lead time on shipping and delivery, to be very honest. I wish it would arrive much sooner than the projected 1-4 weeks shipping estimate the site has given me, with actual shipping time I assume to be in addition to that time frame. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience. I would order again from them, and have no reservations recommending them to others.

Aug 22,2020generator was received in great condition, it could have been more secure to the pallet, the small sheet metal brackets were barely holding the generator down. However it did arrive in a timely matter, it installed easily (replaced a Generac generator in motorhome) it bolted right up, cables were same connections, fuel line fit perfectly. Had to buy pigtail to connect to remote start panel,,, wires were marked and was easy to install. Checked oil, level was proper. started generator up with no issues, I was amazed how quiet it was compared to old one. Checked voltage and it was on the money. Turned on breakers and ran both a/c units with no issues.

Aug 16,2020I cant use Norwall again, company policy is to email a picture of my driver license and credit card to them if i was shipping to a different address other than the billing address. That would be ridiculous to send that info across the internet. Generator Direct I will continue to use for my generator sales and installation business who has no unsafe data request. Steve O'
