We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

Dec 18,2020Placed ordered 7 weeks ago, because they advertised, the item was in stock. Sent multiple request through their system no communication back. Call to get information. They now say its backorder with no delivery time in site. So they lie about what they have in stock. They don't cominicate. Attorney General of Arizona should look onto this bogus company. They are completely deceitful in Their business practices.. don't waste your time or money

Dec 18,2020My order was placed two weeks ago and, other than the order confirmation, I have not seen any status updates (Awaiting Shipment). I even sent an email asking for a status update and got no response over the last week. I am not happy with the lack of interaction to date.

Dec 17,2020This was a first time experience ordering from Norwall - was very professional and smooth. I had called ahead to verify availability of the generator we wanted, as many other models and / or companies have been on a 3 - 4 month backorder. Ours was in the warehouse - shipped that week, and we received it the following Wednesday. The price was very competitiveand the shipping was FREE. Great all around experience, so far.

Dec 16,2020Because of the pandemic, generator availability has been problematic. We desperately needed one and Norwall made the whole process easy. I spoke with a customer service rep who made sure the one I wanted was in stock. I paid using PayPal (other options available) and the next day, I received an email that the generator was on its way from Mississippi to New York. Norwall uses R&L freight shippers and that company also deserves praise. They contacted us to set a delivery date and time. Their driver showed up at the appointed hour and unloaded the 500 lb generator to our garage. The generator arrived in perfect condition due to the quality packing materials and overall handling during the delivery process. Our electrician is now installing the generator (20kw Briggs and Stratton) and we look forward to having energy security soon. Thank you Norwall!

Dec 15,2020They are typically a great company to deal with. I know there is a generator shortage but they could do a better job of keeping me informed of when the six generators I have on order are going to arrive.

Dec 15,2020We ordered a $5,000 generator in early September. The generator was backordered but finally arrived. I’m still waiting for the $50 Home Depot gift card that was part of the purchase. When I send emails to customer service, I never receive a reply. The staff you speak to on the phone are pleasant but say they are behind and to be patient. Still waiting for a generator part ordered 11/30 to ship. It is supposed to be shipped in 7-10 days. Everything seems to be in slow motion with this company. We have neighbors who are looking to buy a generator. I don’t know if these delays are due to covid or under staffing or what.

Dec 14,2020I don’t have anything to rate. I placed my order a couple of weeks ago. I received an acknowledgement that said I would be notified when it shipped. Nothing since. I did call the company to asked if they can ship the crossover switch, I was told to leave a message. I did, but no call back.

Dec 19,2020I was looking for a portable generator and many locations were out of stock. Norwall indicated generator would be shipped in 1-3 weeks. I made my purchase on 12/4 and after calling twice I found out on 12/15, the item will not be sent out until Jan 15, 6 weeks after order.
