We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

Nov 14,2020Crooks, bought a generator July13th w their advertised delivery of 1-8 weeks, its been 18 weeks and every time I called it was another lie with false delivery dates that came and passed. So they changed their on line store saying 1-12 weeks even though my order passed 12 weeks by five weeks. I walked in to a Camping World today and bought the same exact Onan generator and called Norwall and cancelled the order, now will probably be a battle to get my refund from these false advertising crooks. So their response to other reviews of “based on delivery by the Mfr” is also a lie when I called them last week pretending to want to buy a new generator (after 18 weeks) and the salesman told me 60 days. They’re kiting sales and I filed a formal complaint w the AZ Attorney General

Nov 12,2020Bait and switch with the free shipping. They put a small disclaimer that its only free in low cost shipping areas but wont tell what those areas are. Then they come back at you with an extra $140 shipping fee which is supposed to be the cost of the freight over their base covered fee. I've had generator shipped from all over the country and I have never paid more than $200 in freight so their "free" shipping amount must only be $60. So where in the US can you get freight shipped for $60? It's a total scam.

Nov 11,2020Ordered a generator. Required me to send a picture of myself, my ID and my credit card. Odd. After the order and payment was received I was notified that the shipping would cost an additional $100. Please note my zipcode was put in as part of the order. I have not paid any additional shipping on dozens of orders to this location. I responded to the email and did not get a reply. I called to speak with the manager. explained the situation and also that they were $300 more expensive than the competition and for a 2% discount or waive the $100, they could have my business. She who was short and somewhat irritated at the beginning of the call to openly yelling at me and telling me I was having a bad day at the end of the call. No business from m.

Nov 10,2020My generator had a 1 to 8 week delivery. It has been 14 weeks and the unit has not left the factory yet. At first I was told COVID, then a lot of people has had emergencies in areas around the country. Give me a break. I live on the Gulf Coast and have had two hurricanes to hit and another one on the way. Very unsatisfied.

Nov 10,2020Ordered a Generator with 1 to 4 week shipping lead time. It's now 4 weeks generator has not shipped and Norwall can't say when it will. Fail. Don't shop here if you expect to get the item in the time frame stated. Also they charge when the item is ordered not when it's shipped that is shady in my book. I don't recommend them.

Nov 07,2020I ordered a Generac 22KW full house generator on September 10th. I was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. Going on week 9 with no information from customer service other than orders are running behind (dah). Do not advertise 4-6 weeks when you tell me people who ordered July 15 had not gotten their generator yet. Be honest with people if you have issues. I have to leave for FL and now may need to cancel my order. The rep selling me the generator said you’ll have it no later that 6 weeks (BS)
