We sell and support: Generac Power Systems, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler Power Systems, Cummins and Onan RV, Kubota, Esco, IPI, Tiny Tach and Westinghouse. We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.

Jan 29,2021The price was good. Free shipping, good. Very misleading on shipping. Norwall noted that the shipper was to call a day ahead of delivery and we were to sign for the delivery. Neither happened. The product was dropped off in the driveway with no one signing for it. When I tried several times to contact Norwall customer service about a concern I would be routed to leave a message and no one would call back. Ultimately, Champion, the manufacturer of the product, handled may concern.

Jan 29,2021We ordered a Champion generator from Norwall Power Systems two weeks ago. We received it on January 26th, which was 12 days after the order date. Norwall kept us informed on the status of the order and when it would be shipped. I was very pleased with Norwall's service and the price was very competitive.

Jan 22,2021We are still waiting on information regarding our ATS order understanding that we knew going in it could be 1-12 weeks. It would be helpful to occasionally have a progress report on when we might expect to get it. Otherwise our install is ready to go.

Jan 17,2021Why go with Champion Champion has the best look and is fairly quiet, with a ten year warranty. I finally got the generator after considerable delay, but when the generator came, the install was professional, and the demo proved that I would be happy. All questions asked were answered.

Selling things not in stock without notifying customer at time of sale. Only until we had to ask where our order is. Very poor experience and still haven't received order.

Jan 15,2021I ordered a Generac transfer switch Oct 21, 2020. When I ordered, it said 1-2 weeks for delivery. As of this date, Jan 14, 2021, I've received nothing. I've called a few times and they said, backordered. I know Generac systems are backlogged, it took me 3 months to get the generator but at least that vendor told me when I could expected it. Still waiting...

Jan 15,2021WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD PURCHASED A NEW 4500 WATT CUMMINS GENERATOR TOOK 6 WEEKS TO GET REMOVED FROM BOX CHECKED FOR ANY DAMAGE NO ISSUES, FUELED AND ADDED OIL STARTED UP RAN LIKE CRAP POURED OUT BLUE SMOKE, RED OVERLOAD LIGHT WAS ON WITH NOTHING PLUGGED INTO THE UNIT. REMEMBER THIS IS A NEW UNIT WAS RUNNING LIKE A BAD RUNNING 2 STROKE BUT IT'S A FOUR STROKE. SENT EMAIL TO THE SALES DEPT MORE OR LESS SAID NOT THERE ISSUE TAKE IT TO CUMMINS WENT TO CUMMINS WAS TOLD 3 MONTHS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. ZERO HELP FOR NORWALL POWERSYSTEMS VERY WORST SERVICE EVER!
