The transition was made very easy with the helpful staff, and the rota does exactly what is needed of it without causing confusion. Any queries I have had have been resolved through their helpline and if the issue can’t be fixed on the phone they have followed up after with an email and screenshots on how to fix it. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. When dealing with the ever changing environment of care, it is important to have a system in place you can trust. Before starting to work with careplanner I looked at other companies who weren’t as good and definitely weren’t as knowledgable about the systems they were selling. Each person I speak to at careplanner has a wealth of knowledge and are more than happy to help

She took her time, and went over things I did not understand. She was fabulous. A breath of fresh air. I am very happy that Tamera is my accounts manager, and I look forward to dealing with her more in the future. Thank you Tam!

May 27,2022Using care planner for our roasting has been amazing, Carers always see the care plan of the new client and thier task before going for the visit. It is easy to monitor the staffs and also calls are been done on time. calls are not miss as there is always notification when cares are running late. Our recent CQC inspection feedback was very great due the excellent roasting for the carers. Carers are happy and it makes their work very easier and reliable. I will always recommend Care Planner. Clare planner staffs are always prompt when ever you need the support and care, they are very patient when you call.
