The whole Team at CarePlanner have been truly amazing! We have recently had to transition from one software company to CarePlanner and they have helped massively every step of the way. The CarePlanner platform is amazing and outperforms any other platform we have tried. I would like to say a special thank you to: Adam Wood, Juliet Allen & Kenver Williams - they have really made a difference!
Leanne was very clear and thorough in her training and explained every thing in detail. I feel confident in being able to take over the invoicing side.
Great software and excellent customer service. The system ended up not suiting our specific needs but the CarePlanner staff were very helpful and did their best to make it work for us. No issues with the software itself - just not the right fit for us.

Leanne provided two initial training sessions for us and both were engaging and informative, Leanne answered all the staffs questions. Follow up emails from Leanne followed straight away arranging the next training session.
We really wanted to be onboard with care planner and use the service as it was recommended by some of our friends. We were quite disappointed by the lack of support from our account manager Lauren who had said she was going to help us have enough information to be able to set up the system and would get back to us within two weeks. We had to follow up and call the account manager to inform them that we wanted to cancel the service as we had not received enough support to be able to use the system. The manager then said I sent emails so I could support you but we never received any emails at all. I looked in my junk mails and gave them the benefit of doubt that maybe the emails where lost in junk but did not see anything. They then sent an email after I made a complaint that they had set a task for a month instead of two weeks. I understand that mistakes can happen but to try and convince me that you have tried by all means to contact me and send emails that we have not received at all on our end is just terrible.
I called in to Careplanner support and spoke to Dan, as usual there is very little time spent waiting. (None of the usual “we are experiencing an abnormal amount of calls” nonsense, meaning we do not employ enough staff to answer the phones) Dan was clear concise and didn’t try and rush through things and was genuinely happy to help.

Best system ever! Staff really quick to answer any queries, I have been made to feel that no question is a silly question. I have found Dan garland to be very helpful indeed. They even send diagrams to help solve your issues. The CarePlanner is worth it’s weight in gold and has cut my admin time by less than half!! Even my accountant was impressed

Aug 19,2022I called care planner to get help with navigating the payroll system as i am a complete novice that had not used the process for a long time, i was unsure of how i should ask about what i required, but after i explained that i needed an idots guide to help me through i found that it was much easier to process because of the simplified and patient way in which the agent explained in detail what needs to be done.
