Excellent experience from the start. The setup was made simple and painless by the great training staff who supported us throughout the process. We are now using Care Planner and finding out just how much easier it is to use than our previous system. Would Highly Recommend

We as a company found Care planners technical team amazing, Very prompt and thorough with their work. We found the whole team in general extremely polite and understanding. The call backs were quick and the very issues that we had were resolved there and then. All in all an amazing team, and would highly recommend.
CarePlanner is an excellent system and I have been VERY impressed with the technical support - quickly answering any queries and dealing promptly with a few teething problems. The functionality offered has helped us manage key requirements with both our carers and clients.The system is easy to use and changes can be made effortlessly.
The support team at CarePlanner are excellent. They are very polite, and helpful even if you ask a simple question. Every time I have rung them I have had very good assistance. They are patient and dont mind if you have to ask the same thing multiple times. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to any company needed a system like this.

Being in the industry over 30 years I have come across allot of roster software, being a new service this is affordable and far the very best and easy to use software I have ever used , great to look at when your out and about, easy to monitor ecm and a care coordinators dream , fantastic service , if you have any issues they are resolved straight away , can not recommend it enough ! What an amazing application you have created. I have just completed December 2019 payroll and it shows me that the cost of getting the carers to their assignments accounts of 33% of the total cost of the call. By your having a visit charge separated from the care charge, I can now manage and charge for care separately from the charge for getting the carer to the client.. so if a client is further away, he/she will pay the same for the care and a different amount for getting the carer to the call. We also now monitor the waiting time to evaluate the efficiency of the rota management Great decision we made to move to Care Planner..
We have been using Careplanner for a couple of years now and it has truly helped us build our company. Its easy to use features and friendly staff has helped us grow to 3 times our original size. The help desk is amazing and have been known to put forward development ideas when the system cannot yet offer what is required, not only do these get put forward but where possible changes are made. One of the best companies I have worked with and look forward to working with them for many years to come.
Care Planner has user-friendly tools, professional staff, good supporters when you need help. Cian Connolly wow! an amazing staff, he communicates effectively, explains tasks so that you can grasp easily, he is also very patient and it doesn't matter how many times you call for an assistant even when you think "I should have known this" Cian would say "it doesn't matter i am here to help you until you learn" great staff. Well what can i say about the Software & the team ??? 🤔🤔🤔 Sales: We have been with care planner for over two years now. It all began with the visit by Ken Williams in sales, who went out of his way to visit us while he was on holiday with his girl friend, Which showed me true commitment of the product. Softwear: However the software has a lot of features which you can modified to meet your business requirements, we have modified the software to manage our Office staff productivity,recruitment process,management audits. "Overall the software is very good" and ticks every box. Support Team: They are alway helpful, & answer the telephone within three rings 👌, cannot fault the support team "Outstanding". 👏👏👏👏 Never a problem, Always willing to help. Open to improvements all the time. Training: You have the new feature "get support" which is a massive improvement for everyone, However we are visiting Care planner on 28th November 2019, where our office team can gaining more knowledge and experience with the system, and hopefully meet all the faces behind the telephones. I'm very impressed with the system, i have added it to our company website, so our clients understand that we are using one of the top monitoring systems in the marketplace.

May 13,2020Careplanner is an amazing piece of software, it's easy to use and the integration to the app is superb. as for the technical support it is second to none with realtime help remote access to the system gives you full control over everything including eMAR. a special mention has to go out to Lily Thomas who has given us amazing service and support her sense of humor whilst giving training put all the staff at their ease and nothing was too much trouble. If you have CRM needs Careplanner and the team are your go to.
