Explained very well and made me comfortable to ask question on topics I was unsure on. Really good session, left the training happy with all questions answered.

Excellent time
We have been using Care Planner since July 2023. I personally find the system easy to use. The rostering side is organised, easy to allocate, and user friendly. Your able to put a lot of information on service user files and put diary entries in place for important information. I am able to use the system for auditing purposes and staff training. I am personally happy we moved systems as Care Planner has reduced stress levels regarding rostering and the support team are friendly and will always try help where they can.
We had our Initial Care Planner training today and Hannah was brilliant and very informative .
Overall we are happy as new customers of CarePlanner, The system works well and I haven't seen any moments of any glitches. The support team is helpful and informative. There are a few features that we had on our old system that are in the pipeline at CarePlanner but so far they have delivered on all their promises. The system is easy to use also.

The product itself is a simple and powerful one that does what they say it will. Customer service is second to none. My allocated manager - Alex has been brilliant and he was the only person we have had to deal with if we had any issues. I had to chop a star only because of time they are taking to release further new functionalities to keep with the growing demands of the care sector.

After each training, she will contact me to check my progress and asked if I needed help/support which meant a lot to me because I became very busy so anytime I got that phone call felt like a push for me to catch up in a good way. I really needed that push.
