May 10,2022Great rotaring and finance system. Have been using it for a long time and each question is addressed promptly. Care Planner has an excellent Support Service Team. Would be nice if they could offer everything so that we do not have to use other applications alongside it.

Apr 27,2022I find Lauren to be extremely helpful and polite. She shows patience and understanding when explaining herself. Lauren has been excellent throughout our training and nothing is too much trouble for her. (Please don't change our Account Manager!! :) )

The customer service is clear and patient, technology is our team's strongest point! We are very grateful for this. We were assigned Adam Wood as our account manager. Adam is always available, patient and friendly. We would recommend careplanner to other similar sized agencies.
