Feb 09,2022I have just phoned your helpline and spoke with a gentleman called Joseph who was very helpful and patient. I was really panicking having realised I had created an error with permissions. He walked me through fixing the problem, explaining everything calmly and with clear direction while taking time to explain what all the options were. He is a real asset to your organisation.

Jan 24,2022Juliet has been amazing from start to finish, I've been ridiculously busy over the December/January period but she has been patient and incredibly friendly/kind making sure to find a time that suits me to book me in for the demonstration. I'm writing this before I've even had the demonstration because I'm so impressed with her level of customer service that I feel she alone also deserves the recognition (which I'm hoping she receives). It's not often you find someone who truly cares enough to spend time talking with you, not only about the services Care Planner provide but also in general. I've had such a brilliant conversation with Juliet this morning and it's really put a smile on my face and already brightened my week up.
