care planner is always a 5 star service, always sorts my problems out in a timely manner, staff are friendly and always on hand to talk to me. Have been with them for 8 odd years, would never go anywhere else. Each year they increase their service to cover everything a Dom care company needs. Charges for the service are great not like other companies who charge extortionate prices. Every time I can, I promote this company online to other companies.
James was very helpful and understood exactly what the issue was. It did take a little while for this to be resolved as it wasn't something James could do himself, he had to refer it to a different team, but he kept me updated all the time and always answered my queries quickly.
I liked that it was a good experience and they were very supportive. Brilliant for a small team. A little disappointed with their support team. We reported technical issues and 3 months later nothing had been done. Other than that I would highly recommend

Excellent response times from Careplanner, replied within the hour and liaised with PASS Everylife to resolve the problem within a short space of time. Daniel Garland had great customer service skills and got me the answer I needed very quickly. We use Careplanner and also PASS systems, and I have to say there is no comparison, Careplanner wins hands down for customer services and response times which in a fast paced sector like Home Care makes our lives a little bit easier. Well done Careplanner (and Dan)!
The initial training on CarePlanner handled by Jess was detailed. Explanation/clarifications were given to every question. She was very helpful and detailed.

It wasn't the system itself that did it for me but the presentation of the training. The account manager was able to explain the system so clearly and in the most engaging way. She answered all the questions I had too. I couldn't wait to start using.

We joined Careplanner around three months ago and were very satisfied with the functionality and price of the product. We were onboarded by Adam Wood, who has been helpful from the start, he goes out of his way to make sure we know how to use the product and is always on hand if we need any support. Today, with little notice Adam supplied additional training to some new starters in our company and they were really impressed with Adam and what the product could do. I would recommend Careplanner to anyone that asked as it is much better than many other more expensive competitors.
